Wife's first contact was the tallest / largest man in the store (and probably the most "mellow" one too) - "Terry." Sofa and love-seat - with electric recliners all around. Picked out the "right" sofa, but there was no love-seat in stock - Terry was on the phone for a bit, and was able to locate one and have shipped to Madison. Laid-back / no pressure, helpful, answered all of our questions. Delivery / set-up costs way less than another local store, too (and accompanying sales documentation wasn't 78 pages of 6pt font, like the "other" store). All-in-all, "Terry" was a great help, and the experience was low-key and pleasant. Ask for Terry when you walk in the door!

Ryser was a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. He provided info when asked but not overly pushy and was sensitive to my wife and my privacy while discussing options. when convinced we wanted to purchase our selection we discussed rug and accompanying furniture to compliment our choices. We saved because of the 4th of July sale and also store markdowns. The extended credit was simple and easy and the sale was closed within a short time. Looking forward to seeing our purchase arrive. We bought a mattress, bedding and pillows from Chris at Denver Mattress, then walked to the next area and bought a massage chair from Skyla. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable, and we look forward to getting our delivery in a few weeks. We highly recommend buying from them!

I have always liked shopping here for many many years ever since it opened. I think they have a good selection of all types of furniture and good employees. I especially like the discounted areas and like to look for bargains there. There are always good sales too. Their delivery service for me was very good and they were careful and kept me informed and were on time.

Coco was the best. She was super friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't even buy anything from her yet but she has gone out of her way on 3 different occasions to help me find a bedroom set and wall art. She could not find the wall art I wanted but showed me lots of other close items. She remembered me after one visit. She is amazing.

Just purchased my new end tables, sofa tables, coffee table and bookshelf - all with live edge from them. I'm still waiting on the coffee table as it had a longer delivery time, but everything else is absolutely amazing!

I had a really great experience shopping at the Madison, AL location. They didn't have what I was wanting currently in stock, but they made ordering it incredibly easy for me. They cared about giving me answers quickly, and I felt that they were not pushy or anything like that. I don't like pushy sales people so this meant a lot to me that they let me make my own decisions and I will definitely use them again fir other furniture needs!

I have shopped other furniture stores in my area but wasn't very pleased with selection, quality, or customer service. I decided to give Furniture Row a try. In the span of three months, I have purchased a complete living room set (D-Sterling Pwr Love Set and matching recliners), the Hudson Park coffee table with matching end tables, , a kitchen set, and a full dining set with 2 extra chairs. Needless to say, Furniture Row is my Go-To store for furnishing. I have also referred my mother and sister to Furniture Row. The quality of the merchandise is hard to beat and the customer service is exceptional. James Cell was the first Customer Service Associate I met. He has the customer's needs as his top priority and he was te reason I returned. Gem Bouchee-Brown and Eric DeBerry are top notch in the Kitchen department. I highly recommend Furniture Row for all of your furnishing needs.m

We are returning customers because we have been satisfied customers. We were looking at new living room furniture. We were interested in the Durango series. James approached us and answered all of our questions. He then asked us questions which raised options we had not considered. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture, the construction and presented options and accessories which rounded out our overall perception and changed our previous selections to a grouping that we find more diverse and ended up saving us some money. We will proudly show off our new furniture and tell people to go see James at Furniture Row.

Solid furniture, Reasonable prices

Excellent experience

This was our last stop in search for a new couch and chair set, it should have been our first. The selection was great and the customer service was excellent. Manuel, our sales consultant was extremely helpful and patient as we looked around the store. I highly recommend Furniture Row.

I'm super excited about my purchases and experience at Oak Express. Kate's new family room set

I can't remember the last time I went into a furniture and actually enjoyed the trip. JJ at Sofa Mart was the perfect sales person. She came up, told me her name, advised I could look for her with any questions. I don't know that she sensed that is what I wanted, but it was perfect. I like to browse, and when I see a few things I like, I will approach the salesperson. The couch, chair and ottoman that I bought is perfect for our needs. It has taken me nearly two years to find it. I am so happy, and should I need (and I will) need more furniture, Furniture Row and Sofa Mart is my first, and hopefully only, stop

Excellent Service, Fantastic Value

Highly reccomend the Madison store and Sofa Mart / Furniture Row. Our sales person, Chase Freeman was very knowledgeable about power recliners and helped us select a piece that fits our new home perfectly! He listened attentively and helped us find a pair of end tables and round coffee table that suited our style as well as the reclining sofa. We plan to order two covered fabric chairs too and know everything will look fantastic together because Chase was nice enough to move our purchases so we could see the setting together in the store. He even went so far as to show it in different lighting. We couldn't be happier with such a pleasant and well informed purchase experience. And we like the quality of the furniture along with a 5-year accident protection plan. We highly recommend this store!

Great !!!

My husband and I went to Sofa Mart at Furniture Row in Madison, Al last week to look at reclining lift chairs. I had spoken to the salesperson, Janine, ("JJ") on the phone a couple of times before we went in person and she was super- nice, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. When we went to the store, she was exactly the same ! She took her time, explaining everything, and allowed us to take OUR time as well... we purchased a top quality chair and are looking forward to taking delivery..

Large selection and great product

Great buying experience, I'm in love with me new couch. There was a great selection to pick from and the product is a great buy. Couldn't have asked for better service. The salaman didn't pester or pressure us into buying any thing. He was very informative.
