I am extremely impressed with this establishment. While looking online for furniture stores in Johnson City, TN, we stumbled upon this gem, as we live in Columbia, Tennessee, and require furniture for our son. After exploring several other stores, we discovered that Furniture Row had the most comprehensive selection and variety. I have been shopping at this store since it first opened. The furniture is good quality at a good price. The service is the best I have ever had. We always ask for Lisa. She is the best salesperson and always takes good care of us. I recently purchased a large sectional and it was delivered right on time. The delivery guys were great, very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this store, and ask for Lisa!

our shopping experience was probably the best experience I’ve had from start to finish in a long time. our sales assistant Lisa helped us pick the perfect bed as well as finding a new couch that maybe more comfortable than my bed. Thomas the store manager helped when we had a few issues on damaged and missing parts for our bed and got everything changed and to us in a very quick time frame. and finally the delivery and assembly crew of Montell and Trevor had a few issues due to the manufacturing of parts for the Full over Full bunk bed conversion pieces however they adapted and corrected the issue and got everything together and I could not be happier with the end results. furniture Row in Mansfield Ohio will definitely be getting more business from me and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of new furniture.

We had another good visit with Furniture Row. We have purchased from here several times over the last 10 years. This time we needed a couch and we found exactly what we were looking for with Erin's Help. She was a great help and fun to work with. The shipping is reasonable as well. We ended up buying a clearance item. The only thing I don't like is there is no warranty on the clearance items.

When it's time to make a big furniture purchase furniture row is our go to place! For 3+ years now we have made some big purchases and they have treated us so good. Especially the saleswoman we had this most recent purchase and the one before Donyell! She is so sweet and allowed us to take our time to shop around and pick out exactly what was going to make us happy. Not pushy in the least bit and very open, honest, and upfront about each piece and possible wait times. 10/10 recommend this furniture row!

Easy store to get to in Mansfield and what a great selection. I know everyone is having a hard time getting furniture delivered but they were the shortest wait time around. James was an excellent salesman and very helpful, not pushy in any way. Gave us our space but made sure we didn't have to go find him when we had questions. Great experience, great price, all around an A++.

Awesome experience

We walked in to look to see what sofa mart on Walker lake had to offer . We ask the sales for help in locating the kind of furniture we were looking for . We ended up really liking one of the sets they had the sales man told us all about it and we were able to purchase the outfit with no pressure or sales man hovering over us . Wonderful experience . Will be suggesting this place to friends and family.

Great service

We live a good distance away from the closest store. Due to the great customer service and friendly nature of the employees we were more than willing to drive a couple hours to do business at this location with this company. They were very helpful on the phone, in person, and the customer service is second to none. They were more than willing to let me see underneath my furniture that I was interested in. We ended up buying anew Everest leather sectional and they let us take the pieces apart and move it around and switch it up to make sure what we wanted would fit where we needed it to. A special Thanks goes out to Dan who took care of us and also Seth who answered a couple of questions as well!
