clean friendly (but not on you the whole time in the store) quality furniture reasonably priced

our shopping experience was probably the best experience I’ve had from start to finish in a long time. our sales assistant Lisa helped us pick the perfect bed as well as finding a new couch that maybe more comfortable than my bed. Thomas the store manager helped when we had a few issues on damaged and missing parts for our bed and got everything changed and to us in a very quick time frame. and finally the delivery and assembly crew of Montell and Trevor had a few issues due to the manufacturing of parts for the Full over Full bunk bed conversion pieces however they adapted and corrected the issue and got everything together and I could not be happier with the end results. furniture Row in Mansfield Ohio will definitely be getting more business from me and I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of new furniture.

Overall, I had a great experience while shopping. They were very helpful but not at all pushy. Very happy with the delivery process as well, My furniture arrived in 2 weeks!

When it's time to make a big furniture purchase furniture row is our go to place! For 3+ years now we have made some big purchases and they have treated us so good. Especially the saleswoman we had this most recent purchase and the one before Donyell! She is so sweet and allowed us to take our time to shop around and pick out exactly what was going to make us happy. Not pushy in the least bit and very open, honest, and upfront about each piece and possible wait times. 10/10 recommend this furniture row!

Every time I visit I get amazing service. You can browse all you want or have someone take you in the right direction. My visit today was unexpectedly good. An unexpected sale allowed me to get a lot more and the sales associate was very helpful in making sure I got the best price for everything.

We recently bought a new bedroom suite and mattress. Craig and Donyell were both amazing! They were patient with us helping us pick out what worked best for our needs.

We had another good visit with Furniture Row. We have purchased from here several times over the last 10 years. This time we needed a couch and we found exactly what we were looking for with Erin's Help. She was a great help and fun to work with. The shipping is reasonable as well. We ended up buying a clearance item. The only thing I don't like is there is no warranty on the clearance items.

Easy store to get to in Mansfield and what a great selection. I know everyone is having a hard time getting furniture delivered but they were the shortest wait time around. James was an excellent salesman and very helpful, not pushy in any way. Gave us our space but made sure we didn't have to go find him when we had questions. Went in to look for a new bedroom set and found one I love! The quality is great and I can tell that it will last a long time. I got approved for the store card and got a sale price for buying the full set. Checkout process was very easy and quick! Would definitely recommend furniture row for bedroom sets!!

We walked in to look to see what sofa mart on Walker lake had to offer . We ask the sales for help in locating the kind of furniture we were looking for . We ended up really liking one of the sets they had the sales man told us all about it and we were able to purchase the outfit with no pressure or sales man hovering over us . Wonderful experience . Will be suggesting this place to friends and family.

My husband and I visited from Medina we were looking at sectionals . Our sales clerk Steph was very helpful in showing us various couches and she was not pushy. She answered all our questions. We didn't buy anything that day but when we decide we will be making sofa Mart our store.

We were in the market for a new couch and stopped in to look, greatfully we found wanted we wanted! We had 2 sales associates helping us Richard and Katie! They were awesome to work with. They gave us a quote on our new couch and told them that we would be back in the next day to pay for it. Well the next day I walked in to pay for it I walked up to the desk and told the man that was sitting there what I was in to do and in the mean while there was another associate who was there and she had was on the rude side she never said one word... but she wouldn't of greeted anyone because she was too busy with her ear buds in her ear listening to whatever. With that said I was not very happy. You are there to your job.

I had a very good experience shopping for a new set of couches at Furniture Row. The staff was very helpful and friendly, getting everything taken care of quickly. This is my second purchase and I will be a long time customer.

We purchased a leather sectional from Sofa Mart. It was delivered in less time than what was quoted and the delivery people were very nice and professional. There was one section that had a slight flaw in the stitching. I called the store and the salesperson immediately said he would order a replacement section and have it delivered. He did not even question the flaw. He was just eager to have a satisfied customer. In only about two weeks, we received a phone call and the new piece was delivered. I could not be any happier with the customer service I received from this company. I am also very happy with the quality of the furniture. I will definitely be shopping at this store in the future!

I can shop around without people following me around like a lost puppy. As soon as I had questions, there was someone to answer them! The quality of goods is remarkable, but i wish they had more in the lower price points ($500-$700)! Delivery was cheap! I highly recommend going to Furniture Row!
