We had looked for a new dining room table and Zac P. was relaxed (the store was super busy and he didn’t let that bother him), very informative, easy to get along with, and just made the entire process from beginning to end very easy and smooth. The set we had picked out only had 5 chairs so we even ordered a 6th. When it comes time for my new couch I will 100% be back in to see Zac!

I am very impressed with this store and FR in general. I bought a recliner online and was very disappointed when it arrived. I called and they sent me to this store to pick out a replacement. Camerin helped me locate the chair I wanted and gave me all the info I needed. I called FR Online and talked to Justina again and she set up a date to exchange the chairs and even got some money back on my card. they truly do go out of the way to please their customers!

We bought a sectional that we were unhappy with. They made it right and let us exchange for something different even though we had the sectional for almost a year. I was shocked by that offer! I was expecting to hear the dreaded "past the timeframe window" for an exchange. Can't wait for our new set to arrive. Everyone at Furniture Row was super helpful and friendly. They didn't push us towards something at a higher price, let us shop at our leisure, and were they to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

We purchased our sectional and love it. The quality is great, the service we received during our shopping experience, as well as setting up the delivery and the delivery itself was very professional and everyone we worked w/ was kind and courteous. We will be back to shop for more pieces for our home as we need them.

I just recently went to furniture row in Marion and purchased a new sofa set and dining room table set, the employees werevsuper helpful and did an amazing job to help us find exactly what we were looking for!

We were needing new living room furniture and weren't sure on what we wanted. Furniture Row had a wide selection which allowed us to really try and consider a lot of different options. They had friendly staff walking around that was there is you needed them but they also let you be if you were wanting to just look around, which is what we initially did. The checkout process was easy and quick and all options for ordering, delivery, financing, etc were explained very well! We ended up purchasing both a couch and a recliner and felt they were of great quality and good value for the price.

I had been shopping around for some furniture for my new place and I wish that I would have started here. Jason greeted me when I came in the door and broke down the showroom for me so I knew where to go to find what I wanted. I wandered for a bit and checked things out for myself. After about 30 minutes of sitting on 50 different couches Jason came over to check in on me. He then recommended the most perfect couch for me! I fell in love with it immediately. After all was said and done, I will be moving into my new home with a new sectional, a beautiful sofa table, and the perfect dining table and chairs. I got signed up for a Furniture Row Platinum card and won't be paying any interest for 4 years! I definitely feel like I got great products at a great value and I left with 100% confidence in my selections. Absolutely wonderful experience all the way around, I will be back and I will be recommending Jason and Furniture Row to everyone! 10 out of 10!

My wife and I were talking about a new dining room table. So we went to Furniture Row in Marion, Iowa. We were greeted almost immediately by a friendly woman, (sorry bad with names). We told her our reason for being there and we just wanted to see if a set that was here in Dec. was still here, no such luck. Another nice young lady asked if we were doing ok, so I asked to see the website, so I might be able to find 'THE ONE". No such luck.....but....over by the wall, a real nice 72" set that can pretty much match our decor, and reasonably priced. Thanks for a nice result.

My fiancee and I recently rented a new apartment and needed new furniture. The customer service at Furniture Row Living was outstanding. They worked with us and helped us find the perfect living room set that matched what we'd set for our budget.

Layout of store very nice. Great selection of furniture. Jason listened to what we wanted and took us to that display. He was able to tell us what materials loveseats were available in and when we could expect delivery.

The delivery team from the Furniture Row located in Marion, IA was extremely courteous and professional. They were also on time, which is appreciated for those of us with hectic schedules. They also offered a hand shake before leaving... that is rare these days! Great job guys!

We were looking for a new dining set. We were greeted by Joe and he asked if we were looking for anything in particular and he let us know where to find what we wanted. He was very helpful and then let us look at the options and let us know he was available if we had any questions. He answered all of our questions and we left to look at some other stores. We had to wait a little while as all the sales people were busy, but it gave us time to pick it out and then buy it. They helped us load it and we just love it, Furniture is where we buy all of our furniture. Never go anywhere else. Great job.

My wife and I were very pleased with our service at Denver Mattress. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He got our information and what we were looking for and suggested several mattresses that may fit what we were looking for. Within 20 minutes we had found the perfect mattress for our situation.

I was looking for a matching end table from a group we purchased 5 years ago. I had a photo of the table and Brad knew exactly what it was and found it at another store and had it shipped to his store quickly.

My partner and I were looking to purchase a mattress, and had no idea where to start. We went to Denver Mattress, and told that same thing to an employee. The employee my partner and I worked with was very kind and professional; he conducted a mattress test, showing us how we each respond to different mattress of different firmness levels. He didn't try to highball us with stuff we didn't need; simply elaborated on the differences between the mattresses we tried, allowing us to make our own decision about what we wanted to purchase. This employee's name is Evan; he will make sure you have a great experience! The delivery was quick, and the boys set it up exactly where we wanted them to. At the end of the day, Evan set us up with a marvelous bed and base for an outstanding price, and the delivery was courteous.

We enjoyed our shopping experience at all of the stores on Furniture Row. We had tentatively chosen a leather reclining group but wanted to give it a little more thought. Kelsie gave us a description sheet for the set we liked and took our phone number so she could follow up on any sales coming up. She called a week later when we could take advantage of a double sale, we purchased, and saved some extra money too! Will definitely shop here again.
