we had Nate from the grape rd location and he was on it. We had two toddlers with us so he was speedy but thorough. We will be coming back to make more purchases. I’ve never been taken care of so quickly Thank you! Our sectional is the perfect fit for our little home!

My wife and I recently purchased a new sectional from the store in Mishawaka, IN. The wait time was more than expected but our items finally arrived but there was an issue with the delivery schedule which we brought to the attention of our sales rep Ken W. Ken went above and beyond to orchestrate a delivery method that worked for us and kept in contact with us on a regular basis through out the delivery process. We can't thank Ken enough for helping us through what we thought might be a difficult process.

GREAT SERVICE

Jerrit took really good care of me and my family from beginning to end. He offered us all some bottled water on a hot day right when we arrived in his section. We were looking for livingroom furniture and also found a table and chairs set. He helped us on both sides of the store making sure we had all the paperwork to help us make a decision. We had to go back to the house and do some measuring. We we returned, he took care of ordering everything for us.

Great Customer Service

Furniture Row was great! They had a huge selection. Also the gentleman that helped me didn't follow me around the store like most furniture stores. He checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything which I thought was great! I love my new dresser!

Made a purchase of a new mattress from Rana Mort. She was very helpful and answered all questions we had. She was never pushy with us making a decision and was great to even show us the lower price mattresses as well. I appreciated that. We did not purchase the cheapest, but we didn't purchase the most expensive either. She couldn't have been any nicer and made our purchase so easy. I would definitely go back and make another purchase from her.

The staff didn't overwhelm us as we browsed. The staff happy to help us. very patient, because I had to make 2 trips with 2 children. Selection very modern and currant. I like the idea of shopping large selections in seeming 4 stores. I would recommend this store to others.

Painless Experience

Stopped in to shop for a living room sectional. Selection was large and relevant. Prices were reasonable. The salesperson (Ken) was very helpful but not pushy. I didn't buy on the first visit and didn't feel pressured. The store policy on returns and cancels was convenient as I wanted to order before my spouse had seen it. Right next door was bedroom and dinning furniture, which I will also need, so I intend to go back. Overall a very pleasant experience for someone who really doesn't enjoy shopping.

Spoilt for choice

We had visited Furniture Row's informative website prior to our visit. It was great seeing the objects in 3D. With the assistance of a helpful young salesman, David, we were able to make our informed choices with ease. The layout of the store was very user friendly. The whole process was quite effortless. We now are the proud and very satisfied owners of a bed, a dresser and four chairs. We will definitely be visiting this store in Mishawaka again.

I love them!

My girlfriend and I went in to just look, expecting everything to be expensive. Nate showed us everything they had within our budget. He was very nice and even took the time out to make a few calls on helping us find a rental truck so we could pick up our sofa set! (Delivery was availvable, but was cheaper for us to just pick it up since we live out of town). We are very happy with our new 5 piece sofa set and the customer service that we received. We will definitely recommend and purchase there in the future!

Ken helped my husband and I purchase a set for our living room. He was kind, professional, well-informed and best of all- not pushy for a sale! He was truly happy to help us make the decision that was best for us. He and Chris, the manager, stayed late to help us. We really appreciated their help and friendliness. Outstanding Experience at Mishawka Store

I had a great experience at the Mishawaka store last weekend. I was in need of a sofa, but really did not know what selections were available. When I entered the store, I was not immediately bombarded by sales people, which I appreciated. Within several minutes of browsing, I was approached by a young salesman. Lucas was not pushy; he was helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient as I vacillated on what I wanted, and he did not try to force a sale on me. He pointed out the pros and cons of different options. By the end of my visit, I had selected the Dillon Power Reclining Sofa and left very happy and satisfied. I would definitely come back again!

a great visit

We were looking for a specific type of cabinet and even though we did not find what we wanted, the salesman was extremely helpful trying to find something that would work for our specific need. We did, however, leave with an awesome rug that we found at an incredible price! Definitely will shop here first for my future furniture needs.

Super Salesperson

My wife and I went in to the store with a few features we wanted in a chair for my wife. The salesperson, Nate, knew his inventory so well he could show us chairs that had the features we wanted and also would fit her size. By the time were finished, we had the perfect chair for my wife. Not too big, not too small but just right!

Perfect Service!!!

Just relocated from Minnesota and had the pleasure of getting helped by Laurie! She answered all of my questions, was able to provide me with an estimate on several items and I ended up purchasing over the phone with a super nice guy when Laurie was not available.(Wish I could remember his name- we chatted fishing on Leech Lake) I could not be more [leased with the service and value. Delivery Guys

I want to send some words of praise for Nathan and Josh, the two delivery guys who delivered a corner table to me today. They spent 3 hours putting it together, were extremely patient and helpful, and were always professional in their vocabulary. I was quite impressed! Honest and Helpful

I would recommend going to Sofa Mart the salesman was very honest on what he was selling as far as quality. I didnt feel pushed into buying when I was there. We were even in the store 2-3 times before deciding on a purchase and never once felt like we were being watched or forced in to purchasing.

Great Brown Chair with Helpful Service

I was at the Sofa Mart on Grape Road in Mishawaka, IN yesterday just to look at furniture with my sister. The store was clean, well-lit, and had a nice design to highlight their pieces of furniture. While there, I found a chair that I really liked. A very helpful and friendly service person named Nate answered all of my questions without being pushy or overbearing. I ended up leaving with the chair and am a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend their store to anyone looking to purchase furniture.
