Bedroom rug
Sharon was very helpful in helping me pick out a new rug for my bedroom. She knows the inventory what she has and does not have. She is not at all bashful in helping us with colors. I love that about her, she is very honest, I don't find that often in sales people. One of the reasons we keep going back is because of Sharon. (Normal, IL store)

My family helped me and my wife find a new bedroom set but we searched all over town looking for what we wanted but couldn’t find it. My mom found furniture row and within minutes of entering the store we got what we wanted and Ryan was an amazing employee. we are excited to get our new bedroom set!

We were in dire need of a new sofa. My Sister visited two furniture stores and sent pictures of one found at Furniture Row and one from the other store. I went with my Sister to view both sofas, revisiting Furniture Row first. The sofa was perfect in every aspect! Ricky, the store's manager, is professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable! We purchased the sofa delightfully. We then viewed the sofa at the second furniture store and knew immediately that we made the right purchase at Furniture Row!

Matt at Denver Mattress was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gets a 4 instead of a 5 because I feel he knew we were going to buy the last mattress he showed us, so he could have saved us some time. My wife and I are Chatty Cathy's, so we may have contributed to our extended stay.
Robert at Furniture Row was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He sold us the bedframe. A different sales tactic since his product is more visual than trying it out like Matt at Denver Mattress.
If you have the money, pay them a visit.

Accomodating & Patient
I am terrible at making decisions with big purchases, but this team at Furniture Row was patient and not pushy for the sale ! I was in the market for a coffee table set and I was able to find the perfect one that was outside of my price range. I was able to purchase the floor model that was in real good condition, leaving more than satisfied with a beautiful coffee table set and not a completely empty wallet.

Was very impressed with our Salesperson, Mary Glenn. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to help us find our bedroom furniture. She did all of this without us feeling pressured. She even went out of her way and stayed in the store after the closing time due to a winter storm. Furniture Row should definitely hang on to her.

Great knowledge and service
My wife and I found what we wanted and were treated to fantastic service by knowledgable sales people. Shayna took us around to several options and seemed to learn our preferences because in no time she had us in front of exactly what we were looking for. She took her time explaining the couch to us and had us in and out of the store in record time. Jaime her assistant was there to help and they both made buying furniture a fun and painless process. We have shopped Furniture Row many times but are more likly to return thanks to these two wonderful people.

Great service, Excellent staff
My husband and I were looking for a sectional. We did our research, went to every furniture place in town, and kept returning to Sofa Mart. The staff there was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products in their store, and how they compared to other brands on the market. They were not pushy or 'salesy' at all, which is refreshing! We had a great experience, and they will def be our first choice in the future.

New Mattress for the family
What started out to be a trip for our sons new mattress ended up being a trip for all of us a new mattress. The sale was great! Salesman helped us with any questions we had and took the time to let us decide what was going to be best for all of us. The mattresses we picked are of great quality and very comfortable. New Bedroom Outfit
We went shopping for our first bedroom outfit as a married couple last weekend. We were greeted with a smile and all our questioned we had were answered. There was no pressure to purchase if we did not want to but we found the outfit we were looking for and ended up buying. The salesman was very helpful and resourceful. The store in huge with a large selection! I was very impressed with the selection of the store and the knowledge of the staff. I was shopping for a medium-large sized sofa and had seen a style that I was interested in online. I showed the picture to a staff member and she directed me to the piece we ended up purchasing! We loved the sofa but were not thrilled with the pillow fabric choice, she immediately knew that the fabric could be changed and the swatches that were available. Very helpful experience!

Great Experience
I came in to look at couches with my sister. Danielle greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and gave us an overview of the store letting us know where we would find the different kinds of couches. She then let us browse on our own which I fully appreciated because it allowed us to take our time looking at all they had to offer and to discuss the pros and cons. After we had looked at most everything, we saw a grouping that "spoke to us" and the purchase was quick and efficient. A 2 week delivery date was icing on the cake.

I had excellent service picking out new furniture. Danielle was very helpful, and not overbearing with sales tactics that I found while visiting other furniture stores. She encouraged me to take fabric samples home. She also printed out costs estimates for the items I was considering so I would have a clear picture of my costs. She was aware I had a budget and didn't push me to consider items that were outside my comfort zone. She was very thorough when I decided to order to ensure my order was correct. I can't wait to get my new living room furniture.

We worked with Anthony to pick out our new sofa and recliner. Anthony did a great job showing us our options after listening to our want list. Back up their product
We bought a 3 piece living room set. The couch had a problem with the frame, but the store has gone above and beyond to stand behind their product, even though we were right at the end of our 1 year warranty. They sent someone right out to our house and it turns out the couch needs replaced. There was no argument- they're just sending a new one.

Professional service and great products
We recently purchased the Montego desk and hutch for our son and are satisfied again. Packaging was very protective and there was little to no assembly. He says he loves it.
Previously we've purchased bedroom sets. Furniture looks sharp, is great quality and good value. Sales folk were friendly, helpful and no pressure.

Great Service!
We went to Sofa Mart to browse for a new love seat. When we got there we started looking around, and had a team member named Nick come up and introduce him self. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us to the right direction. We then tested different ones out. He was not pushy, and didn't follow is around, which was a big plus!! When we finally picked the one we wanted, he helped us do the financing and get us set up for delivery. We were so impressed how quick the furniture will arrive. It will be 1-2 weeks. The 2 other places we went had a 6-8 week delivery and had the same furniture, but way higher priced! I will defiantly recommend Sofa Mart to friends and family that are looking, and make sure to send them to Nick!!

Good Value. Good service. However, I wasn't initially told about a rewards program, which could have earned me $150 towards my next purchase. It wasn't until I made my next purchase that I was told about it. Now that I've fully furnished my home office, I can't even use the reward money. I'm disappointed about that.
