Courtney from the Peoria store was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture we looked at and went above and beyond to find the perfect couch and chair for us. We would go back to work with her again!! SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!

Awesome Service from Cydni

Cydni greeted us as we browsed the huge selection of living room furniture, but let us look at our leisure, she was there as we needed help and was insightful enough to let us on our own when my wife and I need to discuss our needs. From start to finish Cydni offered us the right amount of support without undue pressure that often accompanies furniture shopping. The combination of service, support, selection and value is what won our business.

Excellent service with Jacque Tribbett

My husband and I were on day 2 of shopping for a new living room set. We both were a bit stressed and frustrated with our shopping results. We were on our way home and decided to stop in at Furniture Row. Good move! We were greeted when we entered and left to browse. This was perfect as I hate feeling like I am being stalked with a sales rep trailing behind me. About 15 minutes later we were approached by Jacque to see how we were doing and asked if we had any questions. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We told her what we had in mind and she directed us to the perfect set. She was helpful with all our questions and gave us ample amount of time to decide. We decided to purchase the set along with the gorgeous rug, which my husband pointed out “She is good if she can sell you the rug too.” We left the store feeling content and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Jacque, for taking the stress out of our shopping experience.

Couch Shopping Made Easy

Another good experience w/ FR

We've been to Furniture Row a couple of times in the past (Normal and Peoria stores) and have always had good experiences there. We generally prefer to shop at a local competitor but they didn't have any sectionals or couches that we liked on the showroom floor. We went to Furniture Row in Peoria (we were helped by Alex) and found what we wanted. They always seem to have a great selection and are helpful without being pushy.

We enjoyed our shopping experience, even before we were pleased with our purchases. They have upped their game in terms of variety and inventory, since our last visit a few years ago. Just bought a new sofa and loveseat

We found a great sofa and loveseat combination at a great price. The salesforce was somewhat "hand's off" but checked in every once and awhile as we sat in every set in the store and was extremely helpful when we needed them.

Easiest furniture shopping experience!

Had been trying to find the Magnolia Home collection as I was planning to redecorate my dining room. Not only did they have the best selection of the Magnolia Collection compared to other stores, but they had the best prices there as well. The salesman that helped us was super nice & even gave us additional discount off the table we purchased. Overall great shopping experience! Will definitely be my first stop when shopping for furniture from now on!

Love my Doctors Choice

I have had my Doctors Choice King for several years now and I could not be happier! With suggested care and regular turning, the mattress is just like new. Always guaranteed a good night's sleep! Have and would recommend to anyone.

Great service

We recently purchased a couch from your Peoria, IL store and we were very happy with the service. One salesperson helped us and then gave us time to look at fabric samples. After awhile, our salesperson was still tied up with another customer and a second salesperson helped us find what we needed. They also told us that the original salesperson would get credit for the sale. We returned a few days later and ordered a couch and everything went smoothly. Just wanted to let you all know what a great staff you have in Peoria.

Super Helpful

I was moving between states to my first apartment and was in need of living room furniture. They not only helped me find the best options for my needs, but they talked me through styles, pricing, and features in a friendly and encouraging manor. They then helped me find the right store to deliver to my new address in another state. They stayed in contact the entire time and made sure to call me immediately with any updates on arrivals and delivery. They made the process simple and took the worrying out of moving and delivery!

Very pleasant experience

upon entering store i was greeted in a very professional manner. although the item I was interested in was not in stock at this location, the salesperson immediately began researching to find the best possible means to get it to the store.there was no high pressure tactics to purchase anything else.the salesperson took the time to answer my questions(i.e. delivery time frame,service plans,etc),even though she had other customers waiting for her assistance. was very impressed especially since i was a first time customer. left the store very pleased.

Excellent Service

We recently purchased a new desk for our den from Oak Express. After searching furniture stores in our area & shopping online, I happened to drive by Oak Express & went in to see what they had available. I found the perfect desk with a right return. After taking my husband in to see it, we placed an order. The desk came when expected. We chose to pick it up & put it together ourselves. We had a little difficulty getting the return side to line up properly with the desk at the front so I called our salesman, Warren. He put us on the schedule for the delivery men to come by & see if they could help us. They came within a few days, on a Sunday night at 6:30pm. Within a few minutes, they had it together perfectly & didn't charge us for the service call. Everyone we worked with at Oak Express was friendly & professional. We will definitely be shopping there again.

Very pleased with our experience and purchase

My family and I went into the store just to look around. We were immediately greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable sale staff. He knew all about every product we asked about and allowed us time to look on our own. We ended up finding a wonderful chaise sectional that we all love. Great customer service

We had a wonderful customer service experience when we bought a leather chair. After a while, it needed repair, and the manager arranged for this free of charge. We were so impressed with this experience, that we went back to Furniture Row to buy our new kitchen table a week ago. We decided to redo our kitchen to go with our beautiful new table and chairs!

First Time Visit

I visited the store for the first time with my fiance and we were looking for a jewelry armoire. We found a beautiful solid-wood piece with a sliding mirror. Overall te store was very large and had a great selection. We will be adding a few pieces to our home in spring of 2017 and will plan on visiting again. The staff was friendly, prompt, and very helpful.
