We highly recommend this store! We were very pleased with a mattress set purchased there several years ago. We returned to buy a dining room set which we love! Recently, we purchased some living room furniture. This was our best experience yet! The manager was great and even gave us a price match! We will definitely go back again. Thank you Furniture Row!👍🥰

We bought our new home 2 years ago. when we walked in the door Mike was so good, explained and not pushy. In turn that we applied and got the Furniture Row Card with no interest for two years, we filled our entire new home. We then went back donated a table to family and bought another. Now going back again for a housewarming gift for my daughter's new home. We have gotten compliments on all of our furnishings. I would highly recommend Furniture Row to everyone looking. We furnished every room in our home, paid off 2 years no interest.

went to purchase a server, found on I liked and that would fit in the location I needed it to sit. The sales person was very helpful and told me right away that if that’s what I wanted to purchase it was on back order. we made the purchase anyway and hopefully it comes into stock on the date the said it would be.

Tanner was super helpful, we would have placed an order except the item we were looking for was back ordered until June. Tanner showed us other options and took the time to price out a custom option which we might place an order on. We would 100% recommend and also be stopping in again.

This is my second time doing a major furniture purchase at Furniture Row with Jacque. we came back again not only because we were very happy with the products we purchased last time, but with the service we received. we were especially pleased with the help we received when we had to repeatedly adjust our delivery times because of building delays. We bought 2 small recliners for our travel trailer from Furniture Row while we were in Fort Collins, CO, and had them shipped to our local store in Rapid City. it was so easy to do and the chairs are perfect! Both stores have excellent customer service.

Exceptional Service!
As soon as we walked in someone came over to ask what we were looking for and if we needed help. After a brief chat, they said they would give use our space until we needed more assistance. They actually gave us our space and didn't hover over us! It was great, and then once we were ready to talk more, they we there to help us right away. Would definitely recommend.

New Retirement Home
We are in the process of building a new retirement home in Montana after my recent leaving USAF after 48 years. Furniture purchased in SD for delivery in MT. Ability to see actual furniture in person rather than just in pictures was very important to our final decisions. Looking forward to our new journey with the choices we have made to include dinning set, sofa, chairs and bedroom pieces.

Rocker Glider
I searched literally every furniture store in Rapid city to find a nice rocker glider for our living room that would work to rock babies, be comfortable and look nice. No one had any options! I began to think I was looking for a unicorn.
Furniture Row had 2 options and 1 was perfect! I'm so happy with my purchase and I can't wait for it to come in so I can get it home!

Gorgeous Cristo Set
This set is so beautiful. It is made very very well, very sturdy, I absolutely love this new bedroom set. Pictures on FR website does not show the real beauty of the gorgeous wood! I am so so happy with this purchase, I get so many compliments! It's a wowzer for sure! My local FR store, the people were great to work with, very happy with them also, highly recommend shopping @ FR.....

Was looking for a bar height table and chairs that was not too expensive. Chauna took me around to all that she had and worked with me to find the one that fit my needs and price range. There was no pressure for me to get something or go above the price range I had in mind. Great customer service!! Which is a hard thing to find in today's world. Bunk beds
We went to the FR at Rushmore Crossing to find 2 sets of bunk beds with specifics needs. We were greeted almost immediately and he knew exactly what was available within our specifications and showed them to us with no pressure towards one or the other. We were very happy that there was more than one option to fill our needs and that option was a good one that is very versatile and will make our kids happy once they arrive.

Fantastic Custom Service!
Being new to the area, we've been searching for a few specific pieces. We have gone into all three areas of the store. On the Oak Express side, Jennifer was more than helpful. We really appreciate being giving time to look around before being approached by a salesperson. She was very patient and still helpful when we needed it! Mike on the Bedroom Expressions area was very laid back and took time to answer questions we had about a piece in the store. We did order an item from the store and Chelsea helped us. She was very kind and courteous! We ordered a piece of furniture that arrived with a few cracks and poor staining; we called the store and Chelsea was more than willing to help fix the issue. I'm sure we'll be back. ;)

AMAZING Service
We had been in Sofa Mart a few times, browsing the selection. This time, we were not leaving without a sofa. Kevin introduced himself to us and we just talked about what we were looking for. He was super nice and professional. When we finally decided he was there to help us fill out paperwork and even walked us through financing. We chose a couch that we loved and 2 days later it was in my living room. I am so glad we chose this store.

We highly recommend Sofa Mart for anyone shopping for furniture. Store Manager Kevin Schenbeck was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, and made sure we received the best deal possible on our selection. You can browse the store without being pressured, but when you have a question or need, they are very accommodating.

Amazing Service!!
We spent the whole day looking through furniture stores and this was our last spot before making a decision. We literally spent 20 minutes in the store and found the perfect pieces to complete our basement. We purchased a couch, love seat, and chair. The woman we worked with was not pushy at all, answered all of our questions, and gave us her focus the whole time we were there. She did not make comments like "if you don't buy today then it will likely be gone by the weekend". She gave us a chance to look around but was there to answer questions. Loved my experience at Sofa Mart and will likely go back for future purchases!!
