I was told if I wanted high quality furniture to shop at Furniture Row so I stopped in to check out couch selection and immediately found a great fit for my needs. A sales rep listened to my style needs and helped me find a great end table to match the couch I found. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I am super excited for my new furniture to arrive soon.

Massage Chair
We shop at the Furniture Row store in Salem on Commercial St. Every time we go there the people are always so friendly and they greet you as you walk in the door. They let you look around but are right there when you need assistance. We decided to buy one of the "Massage Chairs". They are amazing! I have alot of back problems and this chair is going to help me so much. I love, love, love it!
I also like that they have a nice variety of furniture. We have bought quite a few pieces of furniture here and haven't been disappointed.

Best Prices and Beautiful Showroom!
I searched a LONG time online and in furniture stores to find JUST the right bedroom set to replace our 20 year old oak bedroom set. I found it online at Furniture Row! I drove 60 miles to Salem to see the Arlon Bedroom Set in person, before I bought it. I planned to purchase only the chest, 2 night stands and the bed, but when I saw the dresser and mirror, I HAD to get them. The bed was not on display, but I'm sure it will be as beautiful as the rest of the pieces. My only recommendation is to provide more than one salesperson. She was AWESOME - no complaints! The prices are AMAZING! AND my HAPPY MOMENT came when I discovered they carry Magnolia Homes products! I LOVE HGTV Fixer Upper (Joanne Gaines). I HAD to buy the 2 aged zinc Gathering Pans for my birthday! PS. I will send Salem's store a picture of the bedroom set after it is set up. I repainted the walls and getting new carpet installed. Out with the Paris Theme and in with the Beach Theme - since we live 1 block from the ocean!

Bought a Carlyle 2 sectional several weeks ago now and couldn't be happier with the choice. The FR staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The delivery / set-up crew was on time, knowledgable, courteous, and speedy. They handled and assembled the six piece sofa with care. Thanks to all involved parties

We bought the Sensei massage chair. it is amazing! it gets most parts of your body. you can adjust it for a soft or deep tissue massage has so many options. we got a great price on it too. it is the BEST purchase I have ever made.

i haven’t yet received my furniture however our in store experience was awesome! There is a great selection, wonderful staff who are there to help and acknowledge you while also allowing you time to try out many different furniture models. The store itself is set up very well, it’s clean and welcoming. Kaytee is a wonderful sales person, great personality that shows through in her care of the customer.

The salespeople are friendly but unobtrusive. They let us wander without interruption and were also right there to answer our questions. Jody was especially knowledge and incredibly helpful. She estimated that our furniture would be delivered in 2-4 weeks and we got it in two!
It's a small store but the selections are good and there is more available on their website.

Bering gentleman's chest
I went in to this location months ago and fell in love with the Bering Gentleman's Chest they had I want it so bad but the price is more than what I can spend I looked for it on other sites but it is priced below everyone else so it is very reasonably priced I just can't buy it because I have 6 kids at my house and had to get them all desks and don't have the money to spend on new items, the staff was amazing and very professionally dressed and helpful I do check your website occasionally to check for coupons or discounts would be amazing if I won the gift $500 gift card then it would only cost me $400.

Great Customer Service
Can't say enough great things about this store. I purchased a sofa and love seat, We had some problems after one year with the sofa, called Furniture Row who stood by the product they sell and made full replacement. Between Matty, David and Michela all was accomplished in quick fashion. The customer service was outstanding, The understanding of the situation was awesome. The willingness to stand by the product was noteworthy. I will relay my experience to all I know needing furniture. Although all employees we encountered were helpful, Michela, David and Matty were exceptional.

Great Experience
We just recently purchased our first home and needed to find furniture to fill our home. We walked into Furniture Row and starting looking around. We we offered help and when we denied the need, we were able to look at our own pace. It is always a great feeling to be able to walk into a store and not get pressured constantly about buying things. I enjoyed the experience and I would recommend this store in the future.

Great Everything
I always love coming to this store. I've gotten a bed, some nightstands, a couch and now a dining table set. Every time has been amazing the people here will work with you to get you what you want for the best deals. The furniture is amazing and lasts forever and they offer protection plans to keep them looking new and if something happens they will replace the entire piece of furniture for free!

i found my dream couch today. im on a budget and was price shopping around today when the sales guy, Dennis Fulton spend forever with me being a great lister reguarding what colors, style, and sizes i was looking for. After he spent what felt like a very long time with me i left the store with print outs of pricing and measurements to take home. Dennis was not only very informative, and super friendly, but he did not make me feel pressured to immediately make my purchase. A week later i received an invite to the store for a sale (which included the set that i wanted), but i couldnt make it in. I called and asked for Dennis and he recorded all of my ordering information, telling me that the sale started the next day, which happened to be his day off work, and that he would go into the store and order my furniture!!! you just dont hear of customer service like this anymore and my heart was so happy. i have shopped at this store for years and always been fully satisfied, so this was exceptional.

We received our new bed today. Tim and Marvin brought our delivery, they were very professional, helpful, and knowledgable. They were here within the 2 hour time frame we were given, set up our new bed took our old bed, and answered all of our questions. Thank-you Tim and Marvin. St Louis Chairside end table Fruitwood
I just purchased this piece of furniture and am using it to place my new Turntable on it. It is solidly made and fits in very well with other pieces I have purchased from Furniture Row in Salem. I highly recommend Furniture Row and will continue shopping there when furniture is needed.

We bought our first king size mattress set and were impressed by the knowledgeable staff. Even the set up went very fast. We needed to make changes twice with some extras and Elizabeth was very accommodating. We love it so far!! We were happily surprised to receive a $100 gift certificate via email a few days later. When we went into the store to use it the sales people were so great in helping us find items we could use. No pressure to buy extra. I didn't realize there were so many decorative items available there. It was such fun! Thank you

drawer pulls
Needed to replace a broken drawer pull. When I stopped in to Furniture Row to see if they had one I saw the exact bedroom set I have and the guy who helped me said that they might have some in the back. They didn't but he got on the computer and ordered some for me. Quick and easy (with a smile) was my experience and all the pain of looking for it came to a happy screeching halt. WooHooo! lol Thank you so much.

Very nice store, tastefully decorated. Friendly staff without being pushy. David welcomed us and made us feel comfortable to meander around the store and look at our leisure. At some other stores in Salem we were welcomed (much like a car dealership) and then felt like they were vultures. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Again, his lack of pushiness is exactly what kept me in the store and actually made me more open to spending the time to find exactly what we wanted.
FYI - Happy & relaxed people are much more likely to spend more.

Finally found it
We were searching for a sectional and had been to several stores in Salem and looked online. Some were pushy, some didn't even acknowledge is but at furniture row they were just right!! We went in multiple times so we saw several different employees and each time they would greet us and talk for a bit to steer us in the right direction and then let us wander around, talk and make our decisions. We never felt pressured or rushed. The selection, price and financing options far outweighed others.
