Desk at discount
Tenley Desk. Last weekend I went in and found this desk. It didn't have any information on it but the team looked it up (new arrival) and provided me information and price. I relayed I need my spouse's approval and left. This weekend at 15% off and armed with wife approval I went in and the desk was still there. They gave me the discount, packaged it up, so I could load it right then into my truck and leave with this desk. The salesperson, his boss, and also the warehouse dude were very helpful. As we look for another loveseat we'll go back

Great service, products and atmosphere
We went to FR knowing pretty much what we wanted. We were greeted by Mike who is very personable, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He showed us a few possibilities according to our wish list and though he stood close by to answer questions he let us check out things on our own without high pressure sales tactics. He was easy to talk to and answered all questions without hesitation. He knows his stuff! Mike excused himself to speak with a previous customer who had returned and was requesting him. We told him we'd wander the store a bit til he was finished. We stopped by the mattress dept. where we were greeted by a friendly gentleman. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He gave us useful information on a few different mattresses we are considering for future purchase. Our next stop was the bedroom area where Jennifer was kind enough to answer questions about some of the accessories available for purchase. Everyone we encountered at FR was friendly and knowledgeable about their area. Mike finished with the other customer and we met him back in the living section. We told Mike we would go to lunch and talk over our options. We decided to purchase a loveseat and sofa set at FR because of the service, the quality and the fact it was made in the USA. A huge factor in our decision was Mike and the way he handled the whole transaction. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He made the experience fun as we bantered back and forth and laughed a lot. I don't think a smile ever left his face! Thank you Mike!

overall experience was great, we were greeted and assisted immediately. the store was clean,and set up well,I give 3 stars on selection because I feel they had limited selection but offered to customize a set for a fee. which is what we did,butnut would have been nice to see more variety. Service was great, even after changing our mind a few times associate was patient with us. 3 stars for value right now, because we will not get our product for several months. We have hope it will be exactly what we are expecting.

Went to store and was immediately greeted and welcomed. When requested time to discuss, store representative introduced himself to all three customers and stated he would leave us and walked away. Attentive but respectful. Have not received goods, but delivery has been scheduled. Enjoyed the experience.

We appreciated not be followed around the entire store. We told the salesman what we were looking for and the items we had seen on line and he pointed us in the direction of those sofas. He made suggestions but was not pushy. We got a great deal on the pieces we picked and expect to be able to pick up the sofa and love seat next week.

My husband and I had a smooth experience with Ritchie. He was friendly informative, very clear and straight forward transaction.
The furniture we found is of very good quality, we had opted for custom items, and very reasonable prices which also included a fair delivery charge and set up.

Great mattress for a great price!
We went to denver mattress expecting to spend about $1,000 on a new mattress. We were surprised to find that the one we decided to buy was only a little over $400 with tax. They also have a good referral program. They give you a $30 check if the person you refer buys something. The man that sold us the mattress was very nice and helpful while keeping our budget in mind.

I went to the San Angelo Texas Furniture Row store for a new mattress on Labor Day. I ended up buying something from each of the departments in the store to my surprise. Wait for sales!
If you're going to shop at furniture Row, you definitely need to wait until they have sales. There is a lot of furniture in there that will go on sale because it won't sell for quite a period of time, then they will market down like 70%. What they don't tell you is that all furniture throughout the country is marked up at least a 700 to 800% once it leaves the factory. I know this because I used to sell furniture. The staff in all of the stores that I've been to in San Angelo have been very very friendly and very helpful. If you can live with the sticker shock make sure you find a salesman that will work with you.
