I’ve shopped at this location before and their great quality furniture, variety of options and customer service is why I keep coming back. my favorite store ! This time we ordered a custom couch that turns into a pull out queen size bed with memory foam mattress. We love it!

I went in to Furniture Row last night to buy two rooms of furniture after another "major" furniture store screwed me over. I bought a bedroom set from Camaron, a mattress and base from Wilson, and a couch and recliner from Karitza. All three of these people were amazing! They listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect item for my new home. Absolutley fantastic service! I will never buy furnture from anywhere else!

Was greeted immediately upon entry. Allowed to shop without any pressure. Answered questions about item we selected. After visiting numerous other stores we were able to select the perfect sofa for our needs and at a great price.
We were offered financing (which we didn't need) and delivery options. After shopping for hours we were able to get in and out in less than an hour. Very happy.

I moved to San Antonio from St. Louis, MO with absolutely nothing. I furnished my entire house, 4 bedrooms, Including mattresses and box springs with furniture from Furniture Row, on Ingram Rd. in San Antonio. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I have been there so many times, they know me by name. Thank you Furniture Row for making my house a home. See you next time.

This was our first time time at any Furniture Row location and we had an amazing experience here. The service was excellent, the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality of product we found and the materials and technology used was explained thoroughly. Wonderful shopping experience. No hassles, taking your time browsing makes for a better chance to find what you are looking for. I ended up buying a couch and 2 living room chairs! Very reasonably priced and the Manager was able to get me a deduction in delivery fee, plus all of the furniture in the store was discounted in some way. It was great that they sit down with you and go over every item line on the order form/receipt. Most stores I've been to in the past do not do this and just rush you out after your purchase, which then you always end up finding a discrepency with the total purchase amount! This has happened before with another furniture competitor. The staff is very friendly and pleasantly answers all questions asked. Thank you Corey for a wonderful experience. This is a great store with a great variety of furniture selection. Lucy, our sales assistant was wonderful, she had excellent knowledge about the items and was very friendly. We had a situation that we needed to change on our order, and the store manager, Joel was incredibly helpful and worked with us, at the end he resolved a situation for us that we were very pleased and thankful for. You will not be disappointed!!!

My 74 yo mother was looking for a new sofa. She needed something not too low and something she could choose s fabric on. Mary was very patient with us and didn't push too hard. Mary left us to look and would check in to see if we had any questions.. We were ready to leave when Mom something she liked. Mary showed us fabric samples and mom found her sofa and a chair.

We (my lovely bride and I) have been conducting business at Furniture Row for several years, since 2012; Alex has demonstrated the most outstanding customer orientation ever! He is patient, he always have a "service attitude" and Alex ensures one becomes a life time customer at Furniture Row on Ingram! Not many places have real wood dining tables, most are veneers or compressed wood materials. Furniture Row had a great selection of real wood dining furniture... really fell in love with many of the pieces they had at their location. A must visit if shopping for home furniture.

Alex was outstanding! He was there for questions but was not pressing. When we had decided what we wanted he gave us the proper information. He worked with us and had a wonderful experience. I think if more people knew of Alex the store would be much busier. Otherwise it is in a bad location.

Jules was great
Jules was patient with us as we changed our mind several times on which couch, colors etc we were going with. This is about the 9th piece of furniture we have purchased from this furniture row. Jules made this the best experience we have had so far. Now we just have to wait for our custom color couch to come in. The only downside is the difficulty in keeping large items in stock and custom colors can take several weeks to get in but I think we can all use a little more patience in our character.

My husband and I decided it was time to get some new living room as we had the previous one now for 17 yrs. There aren't many furniture stores we felt comfortable shopping in but when we got to Sofa Mart, Karitza, the lady who showed us exactly what we were looking for, was very courteous and knowledgeable, but not pushy. She wrote up our contract and let us take it home to decide. We called her the next day & told her to order it & now we can't wait for our new furniture to come in!

Wonderful Experience!
I love shopping at this store! The sales staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and best of all, work as a team to ensure a pleasant customer experience - they are not racing each other to the door. They are available to help as needed, but also provide you space to shop. Great selection, great customization options. I have placed orders for a custom sectional and three accent chairs so far, and can't wait for them to come in! I also appreciate the rewards program that gives you money towards future purchases.

We got to the store on Saturday evening about a quarter to closing. Expecting to walk in, price a desk and come back another day with more time. As we were walking out 5 minutes after closing, the sales associate asked if we found everything ok. We agreed and explained that we would come back the next day with more time. She walked us back into the store and agreed to finish the transaction with no hesitation. Everyone was real nice and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience shopping. I went in looking for a mattress and ended up with a new sofa! The moment I saw my sofa my heart jumped...knew it was for me. Allison was very professional and helpful assisting me with measurement and purchase.
I went back the next day to shop for accessories and look at bedroom furniture. Everyone was most helpful and knowledgeable.
I will be returning as I go through my home project remodel. The selection, price, ambience and friendly knowledgeable associates made it a good experience.

Wonderful sofa!
I had the best service and got an amazing deal on my new sofa! I have been telling everyone now to go to Sofa Mart! The staff was amazing to me from the front end to the back end loading! I am excited to go back soon to get more furniture to complete my living room soon!
