Received the furniture I ordered with Heather in great condition and the gentlemen that did the delivery and assembly knew what they were doing and left no trace they were here, other than the furniture that is. 😉

My husband and I went in to look around last week. We were greeted by Danielle who showed us the inventory that was in stock. She gave us the time to look through the store and answered any questions that we had. We went back today and ordered what we had decided on. Danielle was once again very courteous and helpful while placing our order. I will definitely go back to this store when I'm looking for additional furniture!

Had a Great Experience at Furniture Row in Sherman, TX We had previously shopped this store right before Christmas 2026 as we were starting a search to replace our 10 plus year old furniture that was killing us to sit in. We were greeted by the Sales Consultant Alexus Branch, who was very attentive and a very good listener as well. We immediately liked the selection the store carried and the recommendations Alexus had directed us to. We visited the store about an hour before closing so we were limited on time but Alexus made sure we did not feel rushed out the door. They closed as we were leaving.
Being right before the Holiday, our first opportunity to return back to the store till Dec 31st. We called Alexus the day before and asked her to meet with us and she was open to it. Again, Alexus was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking with our living room furniture. She went above and beyond by moving furniture from one side of the store the other so we could see what it would look like side by side, as my wife wanted an accent couch to go with our Vibe Home Theater Power Sofa, we knew we wanted. We went with a Flex steel Sofa that the wife and I both agreed on. Needless to say, we made the purchase and are anxiously awaiting the two week delivery schedule set up to deliver.
@ Furniture Row, Alexus is an asset and Awesome Employee you should be Proud to have in your business. We will be returning next time we are needing more home furnishings. Will provide pictures after the furniture is delivered.

We were greeted immediately by a friendly employee. We told him what we were looking for a recliner and he asked us questions to get a better idea of what features we might be wanting in the recliner. He led us to the first one and it was exactly what we were looking for. He hit the nail on the head on the first try. I did try the other suggestions, just in case, but we went with the first one we tried. He wrote up the order and let us know when to respect shipping. Sadly, it was on back order so we will have to wait, but it is not a problem and good things are worth the wait! This was a great furniture buying experience!

It really was nice not to have to put anything down and 24 months no interest. I'm happy with my selection of the Recliner I purchased. The color of the leather was spot on and matched my Leather Sofa to a tee!!!

I have consistently received great service and quality furniture from Furniture. the delivery team is prompt and very professional and courteous. Steve Spann has been my sales rep every time and fantastic. I never feel pressured and always given plenty of time to look around without a high pressured sales person leaning over my shoulder. great place for furniture , fantastic staff.

Steve Spann is the most honest salesman I ever met. No pressure, patient and knew his merchandise. Went above and beyond for my wife and I when we purchased our bedroom suit. Didn't know him when we walked in the store but after all the time spent with him feel we do now! Delivery came one week earlier than stated. Also, delivery truck (Kevin, Jeremy?) showed up within 5 minutes of time they said they would be there! Have bought furniture there before but this time was by far the best. Thanks for all that played a part in getting us some great looking furniture.

Sherman Texas Store
My wife and I just purchased a complete bedroom suit from Denver Mattress/Furniture Row in Sherman Texas. The salesman that we worked with was Steve and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and there was NO sales pressure at all. From purchase to delivery Steve was right by our side with the answers to all of our questions. The mattress is simply amazing to sleep on and the bedroom suit that we purchased is of the highest quality and will more than likely last us for the rest of of lives.
Simply put, we would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is looking for new bedroom furniture.

Larimer power recliner
We were looking buy a new recliner . we were about to give up when my wife found a perfect fit for her .the price was great and the recliner is very comfortable . I worked with Keith at Denver Mattress, Jaylon at the furniture store and Morgan at the furniture store and everyone of them are as professional as you could ask for, they made every step as easy as possible, they would not be getting this good review from me if they did not earn it because I am not that way. The store is very clean and organized with to many nice furniture choices making it a little hard to finally pick something to purchase but there is no pressure to buy and the prices are good for the good quality of products they have. Looking forward to going back soon to purchase some more furniture from them.

Love these folks!
We bought almost all our furniture for our new house here. The salespeople (mainly Chase) worked hard to give us the best prices possible and combine delivery for the lowest cost delivery (we are 70 miles away!) Chase also kept us updated on delivery times and even replaced a piece of a three-year-old sectional that was broken but outside the manufacturer's warranty!

I puchased a Winwood cream colored recliner. I love it. It is perfect in scale, color, texture, design. It is extremely comfortable, the foot rest has no drop and supports the full leg and it reclines fully. Perfect for napping.

As I was shopping for a sofa for my office my wife saw some bar stools that she thought would fit in our house really well. Simple and Easy
My experience was at the location in Sherman, Texas. It was quick and easy. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in they welcomed us, we filled out an application, looked around and within 10 minutes we were approved and sent on our way to pick our furniture. Deana explained how everything worked and continued to check on us as we shopped. She made suggestions and helped find items we saw online. We spent the majority of our day there because we are indecisive lol. All and all we enjoyed our experience, it was relaxing and we found everything we needed! Cannot not wait to use my reward points!
