Had a Great Experience at Furniture Row in Sherman, TX We had previously shopped this store right before Christmas 2026 as we were starting a search to replace our 10 plus year old furniture that was killing us to sit in. We were greeted by the Sales Consultant Alexus Branch, who was very attentive and a very good listener as well. We immediately liked the selection the store carried and the recommendations Alexus had directed us to. We visited the store about an hour before closing so we were limited on time but Alexus made sure we did not feel rushed out the door. They closed as we were leaving.
Being right before the Holiday, our first opportunity to return back to the store till Dec 31st. We called Alexus the day before and asked her to meet with us and she was open to it. Again, Alexus was very helpful in helping us find what we were looking with our living room furniture. She went above and beyond by moving furniture from one side of the store the other so we could see what it would look like side by side, as my wife wanted an accent couch to go with our Vibe Home Theater Power Sofa, we knew we wanted. We went with a Flex steel Sofa that the wife and I both agreed on. Needless to say, we made the purchase and are anxiously awaiting the two week delivery schedule set up to deliver.
