I went yesterday looking for a comfortable yet not overpriced smaller couch. after visiting several stores it seemed like the task at hand I was looking for was going to be impossible, that was until I looked at the clearance section at furniture Row. I was pleasantly surprised to find some amazing products marked down into affordable ranges. I purchased a couch that was all leather and extremely comfortable within my price range. they brought me back a tape measure so I could verify it would fit, I even realized I forgot my wallet and they held it for me so I could go home and pay for it. very professional, The guy I had was super helpful and I’m glad I made the stop.

I have purchased multiple living room sets, bedroom and dining room sets. my latest of a sectional and media fireplace is exactly what I was looking for. I have never had any issues with Furniture Row. Any issues that I have had with pieces, they have taken care of it immediately! Will and have recommended!

We have bought 2 pieces of furniture here now. Caleb our salesman was super helpful, found us a couch exactly like we were looking for. Every other place in Spokane no one helped us because we were so young no one thought we were serious. Caleb came straight up and found what we wanted and had it delivered to us by the next week and set up. I will always be buying furniture from here.

Even though we have yet to receive the recliner just purchased last night, I wanted to give a rave review of the great service given by Kyle. He was very helpful and gave us a good price.
Although we ordered, on the phone, we had gone into the store to look around last month. The employees were friendly, soft-spoken and did not hover over us. In fact, they simply told us to come ask them when we needed assistance. This is why I thought of them when ready to purchase.

Worked with Dallas at thr Spokane Valley store. He greeted us as we came in and told us thr layout of the store and where to find everything. He gave us space to browse which we appreciated and
also checked in a couple of times to make sure we were doing good. when we were ready to purchase, he helped us out and got us on our way. Great service without the pressure of a salesman. Highly recommend visiting Dallas.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Furniture Row for years, typically visiting every six months just to check in. I always look forward to picking up their wonderful throw blankets for Christmas. Recently, I decided to purchase a bed from them, and I’m thrilled with the experience.

We have looked at 5 other stores for the right sofa sleeper. We had never been to Furniture Row and decided to give it a try. We were only in the store about 10-15 . minutes. Service was excellent, the price of our sleeper was lower than other places and the sleeper was exactly what we were lookinf for. Thank you.

I visited the Spokane Valley store to purchase a love seat and mattress for my grandmother. The employees were friendly upon arrival but also gave us the space to look around without them hovering. For someone who hates dealing with sales people, this was amazing for me! I loved that I had the space to look around but also that they were there to answer questions if I had them. The folks in the mattress section even stayed late to help. I really was blown away and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

For over 20 years, Darrell and staff have been there for all of our furniture needs. Our living room, den, office, dining room and two bed rooms are furnished by Furniture Row. Our last visit was complicated . . . couldn't bring it all together color wise. They were patient with us through our many choices. I think other stores would not have done this.
One time we couldn't find what we need at Furniture Row so we went and looked at every other major furniture in the Spokane area. We soon learned that no store can compare (selection, quality, service) so now we won't even look else where.
Once when visiting our daughter in Ft Collins we went to local store and found the same type of service, quality and selection. She got a dining room set and bed frame. . . she was very happy.

Kyle, otherwise known as “K2”, was extremely helpful to us last night in our first the Furniture Row experience. We came in about an hour before close with a rough idea of what we were looking for. We felt from the very beginning until the end and even day after follow up. Kyle was very honest and supportive with all of our ideas mix-matching chairs for the dining room table, switching plans and asking a bunch of questions from both husband and wife, extended that patience for bed frames even over onto the mattress side with his colleague. He was very patient with us we never felt rushed or like he was trying to oversell anything. Even with staying after hours to get the details worked out he was gracious and happy. With the extended Memorial Day promotions and all of the configurations he was looking at the details from every angle making sure we got the best value for our money and time. He considered all of our needs for convenience including delivery to Idaho and considering sales tax on a fairly large purchase. We were extremely satisfied with the items we found and even more grateful for our experience because of Kyle ‘s outstanding customer service. Thank you so much! Me and my wife had a great experience today at the Spokane valley location. Everything was set up very neatly and easily accessible. The great selection lead us to finding the perfect sofa set for us. Incredible Quality and Value
We were looking for a leather love seat and sofa. My husband and I had comparisoned shopped multiple stores? We knew what we had in mind. Our home is small so have limited space. Eddie our sales person was so helpful and not at all pushy? He did not try and talk us into something we would not be happy with. My husband has disabilities, so we needed to be careful in what we purchased that he could easily get in and out of..We found what we loved and the price was $500 less than all the other places we shopped.

Entertainment hutch
Just bought a floor model entertainment hutch. It was packed up and ready to go in 20 minutes. Someone did forget to take out the glass shelves and they did almost break. Love the new piece of furniture. Staff was good, helpful, and let us shop with out being a pest.

Dining table
Went in to look for a dining table. Approached by a nice employee who pointed out some sets on special deals and let us look around. Checked in occasionally but not too often. Answered all questions we had and pulled up extra pictures online as needed for furniture not in stock in store. Explained the financing to us and got the process started as we looked around to see how much we would qualify for before we got too far. Overall good experience and looking forward to our purchase arriving!

Beautiful Dining Room Table
We came to the Spokane Valley Furniture Row for the first time to look for an oak piece to work with our furniture. We had no idea all the stores connected and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of all the furniture. We did not come intending to buy a new dining room table but came upon a beautiful piece with a wonderful sale going on. We appreciated the helpful, personalized service and financing available.
