A gift for my birthday, we checked two stores before coming to SofaMart. The selection was more varied, and actually fun to search through for the perfect fit for our living room. Justin Barker, Manager, assisted us and we found the perfect sofa!!! A deal was worked and and our purchase was made. The Delivery men kept us posted on the day of delivery. Everything was set up quickly and professionally. It is so comfortable! The only thing now I am waiting for is the manufacturers' warranty which will be arriving soon. Plan on enjoying our new sofa for many years to come.

Went to Furniture Row looking for an ottoman. Had decided on a rectangular storage ottoman, but the salesman showed me one that was a square. No hard sales pressure, very professional. He left us alone to look around and decide what we wanted to do. Decided on an ottoman, and the ordering experience was very stress free. Asked about a veterans discount - received the discount. Wish all shopping experiences were this easy.

we wanted a sleeper sofa for our sons room. we decided to order one. it took much longer then expected to arrive but crystal was very friendly and kept us updated on the status regularly!

awesome place we were there looking for kitchen table and chairs and a sellman step up to help even though he was helping another person just it acknowledge we were there and that he would be right with us with any questions or concerns. He was not pushing or anything. Came back answered all our silly questions and yes he got our sell . Best service we have received in a very long time. We recently ordered two leather couches through our salesman, Austin. They were delivered on time but were slightly damaged. I sent Austin a picture asking if it looked correct, he said absolutely not and ordered us two new couches, telling us to keep the others until the new ones arrived. I’ve never had someone take care of an unexpected issue so promptly without any pushback. Highly recommend furniture row and working with Austin.

I was so excited to visit the Springfield,IL Furniture Row tonite after work. I had looked online but wanted to make certain the color and comfort of the chairs were what I was expecting. I sat in the chair and was very pleased, and the colors were spot on. Brian, the salesperson was super helpful, placed my order for 2 chairs, which will be delivered in mid March. I wish everything were this simple.

Had not been in this store in years. We needed a chest of drawers. Nice selection and pricing if you were careful to pick thru the cheaper stuff like any furniture store. It is a nice Quality item that we purchased. Sales people were friendly & helpful-while not hounding or annoying!! (Like other sales experiences at furn store, car stores etc) thats huge to me! Helpful and swift load out on item we purchased.

We went looking for a new chair for my wife. Went by some other furniture stores and the prices were outrageous. We stopped in to Furniture Row because I wanted my wife to have something not from the clearance room. What we found was the perfect power reclining love seat for just a little more than a manual recliner at the other places on clearance. There were no sales pressure what so ever. we were allowed to browse all we wanted with just a "let me know if you need help". When we were ready it was if our salesman sensed it and was right there ready to help. We have to wait a bit because it appears to be a very popular love seat. I'll review again when we get it home.

We bought the first one we looked at. The process was very easy and took very little time. We are excited to get our new furniture!

Perfect shopping experience in the Springfield Il store. We were given the info we asked for , then left to shop. Our questions were all answered. I recently visited Oak Express for the first time and was very happy with the prompt, courteous, and competent service. I was looking for a kitchen island and the sales staff quickly pointed me to one I had seen online and told me she thought the price was much lower than marked: 50% less as it turned out. I made my decision and it took only 10 or so minutes to complete the sale and get it scheduled for delivery. It could not have gone better.

I was on my way to another furniture store when I noticed Bedroom Expressions so I thought I'd stop by after visiting the other store. I was disappointed with the other store because all of the furniture on their website that I liked was not in the actual showroom and I didn't want to buy anything without seeing it first. I walked into Bedroom Expressions and was immediately excited because there was so much in the showroom. It seemed like everything was there (or in their back storage area) and I could see it all without having to ever look online. I was impressed with the selection and the prices. The guy working in the store, James, was very attentive and helpful. He answered all of my questions and when I asked a question he did not have the answer to he called another store. He couldn't get ahold of them so he called again the next day and gave me a call to follow up! The thing that stood out to me the most though was the random pieces of furniture with their own unique design such as a cabinet/nightstand for a kid's room with a clock carved onto it. Very cool!
