We found the perfect sectional but noticed a gap in the arm after a few months. Furniture Row was great in sending out Dominic to fix it. Dominic was very nice and set to work quickly. He had the arm reinforced and looking good again in just a few minutes.

We have been customers with Furniture Row since 2019. From bedroom to dining to office and entertainment, we love all of our pieces! Sales reps are always helpful with no pressure to purchase! I have shopped from Ashley, Rooms to Go, etc and no one has ever been able to get us to return and purchase time and time again. Recently we had an issue with a sectional we bought 6 years ago and Furniture Row came through again! Our sales reps pointed us in the direction of Finishing Touch Furniture Services and boy did they show up! Dom drove well over an hour to provide us top notch service! He was prepared, equipped and knowledgeable of the issues we needed help with. From motors to switches and even some stitching Dom and Finishing Touch did not disappoint! It’s really hard to move off of companies that just take such good care of their customers! If ever need be, give them a try! You won’t regret it!!

Bought a couch several years ago, and after some wear and tear the recliner pull handle broke. We called Furniture Row to see if we could get some help with repairs and they referred us to Finishing Touch. Finishing Touch came out and was able to repair the recliner in just a few minutes. Awesome customer service from both Furniture Row and Finishing Touch!

We stopped in to get information on having a recking release replaced on a reclining loveseat we purchased a few years ago. We were referred to Finishing Touch . We contacted them, and Dominic arrived to make the repairs. He was Professional, quick, friendly, and courteous. We would definitely use his services again. I was so impressed with our salesman. besides being very knowledgeable and helpful. He let us look and there was a lot of choices to look at (table and chairs). the store is huge and set up just right with sections. prices are comparable and the quality is very very good. I would recommend it

I went in with a pretty tall order and Ryan Glendenning patiently guided me to just the right pieces without trying to talk me into what I didn't want. I have never before been able to find three full rooms of furniture in one store. The prices were less than expected for high quality, real wood and gorgeous finishes.

We recently purchased a sectional and a recliner from this location and we had the best service without feeling the pressure of the salesperson. We actually thought we would just go in and look but found the perfect set and all our questions were answered and it only took two weeks and we had it in our home and absolutely love it!! We have always used Furniture Row for our Furniture ,bedroom furniture and mattress and have always been satisfied with all our purchases and service!!

We knew we wanted a small couch or love seat with reclining seats when we went to Furniture Row. Ryan G. pointed out that we could order the two ends of a sectional set to build our loveseat / couch. We picked out the set we wanted and I can't wait for it to be delivered.

Excellent selection and the service was fantastic. Many great options to choose from in varying price points for dining, bedroom and living room furniture. We were very unsure of which dining room table to get and visited 3 times (and 4 other stores) before selecting the right one. Our sales associate was able to direct us to the right purchase, once we determined what we wanted and what we wanted to avoid. She gave options for financing, and helped me to apply. She was very knowledgeable about products and services throughout. I appreciated the upfront information about shipping timelines and fees that would be included in the overall purchase so I wasn't surprised at my bill. Delivery was exactly as expected and installation and set up was on time and the drivers were friendly and efficient. We will absolutely be returning customers .

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from Denver Mattress on Furniture Row on Labor Day weekend. They were having a great sale. They have a large selection and the store is open and airy, clean and easy to navigate. my salesman, David, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He listened to my criteria and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. the bed also came with extras; 2 pillows, mattress and pillow protectors and a sheet set. the delivery and set up process was smooth and quick. two very pleasant, professional guys were in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend this store!!

I ordered bedroom furniture back in January and we were told it would be here around the first of June. Our dresser arrived first so we picked it up and when we got it home and unboxed it there was a significant “ding” on the front. I called and talked to Mallory because we were heartbroken 💔. She asked me to send her pictures and she would discuss with her manager. They offered us a couple of options and we were extremely pleased with what they offered. Our new dresser will be here fairly quickly and they Mallory is going to watch for our nightstands since our salesman is out right now. We’ve had awesome customer service with every purchase we have made at this store 😊
