My wife and I have purchased several pieces from Furniture Row (King size bed, Full size bed, Sofa, Chairs.
We have always received excellent customer care with detailed explanation regarding fabric choices, durability etc.
We have worked with multiple employees from Managers directly to sales to the delivery staff and have always been treated excellent.

Great customer Service!!
We had gone to Lazy Boy and found them to be overpriced and if you ordered a recliner the wait would be 6-8 months.
We walked into Furniture Row and explained what we wanted and the sales person was very helpful.
We ordered a recliner and it will be ready for pickup in 2 weeks.
We were very impressed and will definitely go back again for any furniture needs.

We stopped in about 2 weeks ago looking for something specific. We found it and continued to look around but we kept coming back to it. Our sales consultant Tim was excellent and recognized us as soon as we walked in. He was efficient and helped us with everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Furniture Row and of course Tim.

Total bed sets....from frames to duvets
We went into the store overwhelmed from our move to Ohio from out of state. We were greeted promptly! All our questions were answered and we ended up buying beds for two bedrooms as well as the French duvets!! We are expecting our beds in the next week or so from Denver . The next day I went to the store again and decided to go ahead and buy another set for the guest bedroom. The salesperson was someone new to me but equally as helpful! He attached this order # to other previous order # to allow for one delivery for all three rooms!

If I could give more than 5 stars for service and value, I would!! Dustin was the absolute best to work with!! We went in browsing one day, he was the only one on the floor and very busy. We weren't looking for any help and didn't plan on buying that day, so didn't need to interact with him. We went to 3 other stores that day and ended up back at Furniture Row because they had the best couch and for by far the best price! When we walked in, Dustin greeted us with a smile and said "Hi you guys are back?" I was very surprised he remembered because like I said, the store was very busy and he was helping several other customers who were actually making purchases. But he noticed us and paid attention! We ended up buying a 7 piece sectional. Dustin helped us and even made great suggestions about couch placement and reclining pieces, etc without us ever feeling pressured to buy or being upsold. 4 of our pieces were ready quickly, and the last 3 were not in stock for a few months. Dustin offered to have the first half of the couch delivered to us as soon as it was ready so we had somewhere to sit in our new home. I can't stress enough how amazing his communication to us was. He told us he would call when the truck arrived on a certain day, and he did. He got our delivery set up quickly, and called us 2 weeks before our furniture was even supposed to come in!! Each step of the way, he called exactly when he said he would and got us all set up!! The delivery process was also smooth and my couch is fully put together and functioning now that all pieces have arrived! I just really appreciate Dustin's customer service for him going above and beyond even 3 months after our purchase!!! Thank you Furniture Row and Dustin!!

Madison Luxe Mattress
First, the Toledo Furniture Row location was awesome and knowledgeable when I was searching for a new mattress. I chose the Madison Luxury Firm Mattress and I LOVE IT!! I sleep better, it is the perfect amount of firmness and softness that allows me to wake up refreshed. Love it and I would recommend it if you are searching too!

I was on Monroe St. and saw Oak Express and decided it couldn't hurt to stop and look, just in case they had what I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that they did indeed have exactly what I was looking for and they were on sale. The previous five stores I was in didn't have anything I liked and I didn't want to buy anything online because I would like to see and touch the product before I purchase. Staff was very helpful and friendly also, a big plus.

Great shopping experience!
My husband and I were shopping for a couch and after looking at many stores, we had the most pleasant experience at SofaMart! Their sales professionals welcomed us and made sure we knew they were available to help if we needed it. They were not pushy, did not follow us around the store or bug us (like many of the other stores we had been to did). And when we had questions, they were very informative and helpful! We will definitely be shopping here again!

I first went in denver mattress the salesman Kevin was vert helpfull, just wanted to peak in bedroom express and came out with a beautiful chair for my neice the price was reasonable i will be going back! I hope the salesman Nate is there because he was a awesome representive carried my chair to the car and covered with a bag because it was snowing,Thank You!

their product is failing and the color is going away on the bedroom outfit spent a lot of money here and they can’t even give me any stain markers or a small bottle of stain or even tell me what color it is. They said go find it on your own great service after spending a lot of money here.
