Sectional selection
Michael was fast & easy in helping us with what we wanted. We came in on a Friday night to browse & it was 15 min til close, & we saw the Cloud sectional we looked at 6 mos ago & Michael showed us it's "cousin" the Everest which was identical to it but the seats were just a little shorter in width (which is what we needed in order to fit in our remodel.) We got a price on both in 30 min of being there & came back 2 days later & purchased the one Michael had showed us. The Everest sectional is so comfortable, the color is just what we were looking for, & the features of the USB & outlets in it are even better, but the service is what will bring us back. We weren't followed around & we weren't told "we only have one left, you need to get it today," like other places had in the previous weeks. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience! We can't wait for our remodel to be finished so we can enjoy our new sectional!

Diane was super helpful and so patient when we were looking for a recliner. We had looked so many places that did not have enough length for my husband's legs and were thrilled to find the perfect chair for him. We went to the location near 21st and Sheridan (Tulsa) looking for a dining room set. The one I found online turned out to be counter height but due to my husband's disability, we can only do table height.
Our sales person was very helpful and showed us different options keeping our needs and budget in mind. Unlike many commission-based stores, we never once felt
pressured to buy anything or spend more than we wanted to.
We ended up getting a set similar to the one I initially had in mind.
Everything was very easy and very relaxed.
This was our second trip and second purchase here, and it's definitely my choice for future furniture needs.

This was the first furniture row store I have visited. I have now been about 3 different times purchasing things for my place. My husband and I visited your location , And we were met with a woman very knowledgeable her name was Kaitlyn. she was very helpful. we found what we wanted and she helped us with the buying process and it went very.smoothly although part of our furniture was on back order we had to wait a mo the for the couch to come in but Kaitlyn kept us up to date with that. when it came into your store, Kaitlyn notified us and we scheduled a delivery date. the delivery went smoothly as well. we will buy from this store Again.

We recently finished out our basement and needed furniture and didn't even consider going anywhere else. We had a house fire 5 years ago and had unfortunately bought a bed frame with drawers and a dresser for our son's room from another furniture store before we went to Furniture Row. Both pieces that we bought from the other very large) furniture store came apart in just a few months. I am happy to say everything we bought from Furniture Row is still working just fine and looks great. I highly recommend Furniture Row if you are looking for quality furniture at a good price.

We messaged the store in advance and Anna Joy did some pre-shopping for us. Everyone was very friendly when we arrived and the items that would meet out needs were pointed out. We were then given time to explore the store and talk without any pressure. We selected one of the pre-shopped items and some additional end tables. Generally I find shopping for furniture very stressful, but this was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

First time going to this place. We loved the environment. We were able to look around then a smiling face said "Hi." Our sales lady Diane was very sweet and helpful. This was the most absolute wonderful experience I have ever had shopping for furniture. we were met by Art at the door and he immediately filled us in and n specials and ask what we were looking for. he pointed out the items we had mentioned and allowed us to e plots the items and checked back with us to see if we had any questions. Furniture Row is my new furniture store. Brent is the most amazing person there! Not only does he take good care while your there, he goes over and above to help with other furniture issues you have. Even offered to come to our house and fix the issue! You don’t find people who are willing to go over and above. Brent also wants to make sure that your shopping experience is stress free! Shopping for new living room furniture
Was greeted buy Glenda when we walked it.
Told her I had today to try to find new living room furniture. Trust me its been awhile.
I was wanting Durability/ Value. Didn't want to pay for someone's name but wanted top quality.
She did a great job locating what my wife was looking for and answering her questions. I had already done a little internet research. and was referred buy a family friend that purchase almost all there furniture from hear. durability has been excellent.
We purchased a new Sofa & Recliner in Italian leather. New cool entertainment center, coffee table with storage, end table and an ottoman my wife had to have (All top quality). for $5K. Didn't need it but they had a great finance deal with no interest for 5 years that was hard to pass up.
As for me the husband... In and out in 2 hours! Wife was very happy!
Hopefully we will be as pleased with the purchase as our friends have been.

I was happy with the experience in the Furniture Row store. We were glad that they had the sofa we wanted in stock and on the showroom floor. My husband and I had been to at least six other stores and only found things that might work, but really did not like any of them. When we walked into Furniture Row, we immediately saw at least three living room sets that were great. After a few minutes, Anna greeted us with a smile. Very Nice shopping Experience
My wife and I recently visited Furniture Row to look at a few different things. The salesperson was great! she was knowledgeable and patient as we talked through options, what would work and what wouldn't. We finally looked at dinning room sets. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or not, but decided that if we did, it would only be 100% wood. They didn't have a lot, but did have a set my wife fell in love with. We purchased it and are very happy! We caught a sale and saved a little money. I would recommend!

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience buying new furniture for our home with Furniture Row! We've purchased a dining table, daughters bed, coffee & end table, and child's recliner. I've utilized the return policy on the coffee table (bc I changed my mind no issue with product) and it was hassle free as promised. We also had a price matching for the childs recliner from a competitor. There was a piece to the bed that was missing and it was immediately corrected - excellent service! We will definitely be returning for any purchase we need in the future. We had such a nice selection of recliner sofas & loveseats to choose from. I had shopped in several stores, but I was so pleased from the time I walked in with the displays, the friendly, helpful salesperson, Glenda, & the variety of the furniture to select from. I'm the impatient type & would have preferred to buy them & have them in our home the next day -- but we liked the sofa & loveseat so much that we're willing to wait about 8 weeks for it. Since they have a display of how their furniture is made, I'm confident that we'll be very happy with it, and satisfied with how it wears.
