This was our first visit to Furniture Row. So glad we went. We were looking for a bunk bed for our grandkids. But then we realized they had more than beds, so we took a look. Irene was very helpful, never pushy. We found the perfect dining table and chairs as well as a couple of recliners that go perfectly with our decor. Plus they were having a big sale. So we were able to get everything we needed for a great price. Plus they will deliver it all and set it up. Thank you!!

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience with the Tyler location. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had throughout the buying process. I special ordered a few pieces they don't normally keep in the show room and they constantly kept me up to date on what items had been received and when the other items should arrive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their current furniture!

I had never been in one of the stores until yesterday. The amount of choices is a bit overwhelming. We told Lisa the sales person what we were looking for. She told us the areas of the store we could find them and let us look at our leisure. I really liked the fact there was no pressure. She didn't follow us around or hover. She did keep an eye out because when we found one she came right over and answered any questions we had. Purchased a sofa with chaise kit and will pick up when arrives .

Excellent Customer Service today from Lisa Andrus as we were just looking for maybe 2 recliners. The plan was to look here and in Longview. Lisa guided us and also left my wife alone to browse and compare our likes and dislikes. There was never any pressure, just information and operator instructions for power recliners. We found 2 chairs that fit our individual requirements, and Lisa took care of the rest of it for us. We shopped this store several years ago before we moved 1, 000 miles out of state and were able to have the furniture available to us where we moved to. We have shopped this store since returning to East Texas 4 years ago and have always been satisfied with Product and Customer Service. John Swinehart

My husband and I just stopped by the Tyler location to browse couches. We were greeted by the manager, Ivan, who was very friendly and helpful. Many of the sectionals can be ordered in different layouts and you can pick custom fabrics as well. The store had a great selection, and couches were clearly marked with sizes. It was quick and easy to order. Special orders take about 8-10 weeks. We previously shopped at Ashley's, Rooms to Go, and The Home Store but Furniture Row had a better selection. I loved that they have a wide variety of fabrics to pick from to customize your furniture.

Went into furniture row in Tyler. Looked around for awhile and Guy approached asking if we needed any help. We told him we were looking to buy furniture for our new house and he was very eager to help. We shopped for couches and bedroom furniture for over 2 hours and he was with us every step of way writing down what we liked and didn't like. I really liked that he knew the inventory, what was new and what would fit into our house with dogs. He was very professional, no pressure and I would highly recommend asking for Guy when you go in. That's his actual name: Guy.

We have filled most of our house with selections from the Tyler store. Our master bedroom, home office, kitchen nook and living room are all furnished from Furniture Row. They also have the most professional sales people. Ivan in particular has helped us along they way and we always ask for him every time.

We were needing living room furniture right away and had been looking online and in stores but most items were either unavailable or the delivery would be to late. Zane at Furniture Row directed us to the clearance section where we found a set we liked and it could be delivered that same week. Not only that but the set was on clearance sale! Way to go Zane and Furniture Row!

Just bought a couch and tv console unit and came back a few weeks later to buy a daybed here. I had been searching for three weeks and they had a great fit. I have received excellent assistance both times— patient and knowledgeable and looking out for my needs. Good selection in store and on line and shorter delivery times than I was told by some other stores.

Shane is awesome!

We went Saturday to look for a chest dresser for my older brother. Shane greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. With Shane's guidance we were able to find the chest dresser within a few minutes. My fiancée, Eric went with Shane to the living room section to find an end table. Shane moved the chosen table to a similar sized recliner to see if it would be fine. Checkout for both items was very smooth and we are looking forward to delivery to store so we can pick them up. (7-10 business days). We will certainly ask for Shane in the future when we return for other furniture we will need.

Perfect Couch Perfect Place

Ivan at Tyler Texas location spent an obscene amount of time with me picking out the perfect pieces for our couch that was going in our new condo at the beach. We had a small space and it would be our only sitting area as well as extra bed. Ultimately with his guidance the perfect couch was delivered all the way to South Padre!
