We went to Furniture Row last night pretty upset after dealing with the warranty people. We had an issue with one of the couches that we have purchased about 2 yrs ago (from Furniture Row) that was under a 5 yr warranty. Mason, the manager was very professional and listen to our concern. He did a little research in what our issue was and was able to give us some options in order to fix the problem. I'd also like to mention Belinda, who also helped us a week earlier over the phone with getting all the information we need it to the warranty people. Because of the great customer service and professionalism, we highly recommend purchasing furniture from Furniture Row and look forward to doing business with them again.

Never gets old, just better

A little over three years ago, my family and I purchased a dining room set, bedroom furniture and some home decor. During the stressful time of closing on a new home, FR had unmatchable prices and stellar customer service, thus taking away some of the stress. Not only on us, but our pockets too. Jumping forward to 2017. We just went in to purchase a buffet, coffee table and end tables. Going in, we had a set amount of money that we wanted to spend. However, we spent at least half of what we anticipated, we're enrolled in a reward program and had great customer service. We love how the employees are eager to make you happy rather than make a sale. Keep up the good work and we will keep coming.

My salesman Jeremy was the best! I came in with a picture of a couch and chair I had in mind to order online but after me looking around I ended up ordering from the showroom. Jeremy was so patient and kind. I went back and forth on a few selections with questions and he was right there all the way. It took me a moment but I finally made my decision and I'm happy with the whole process from start to finish. Thank you Jeremy you are the best!

I just moved to Waco this week and was looking for a queen headboard and bar stools. I was having trouble finding a style I liked at other stores but I wanted a black leather headboard and black leather bar stools. Kaci helped me find exactly what I wanted online. She helped me measure how many and what height I needed for my custom island! Thanks Kaci for your help & expertise. Great Service and Selection

I went in with my husband when we returned back from Hawai'i after retiring from the Army. We needed a couch and we were able to find what we needed, and pick it up the day that we moved into the apartment that we were renting. The service that we received was great, both at the front, but even more so at the warehouse. The manager was just "filling in" until the incoming manager arrived to take over the store" therefore, he seemed a bit burned out. However, he did a good job of helping us out finding what we needed. It is important to note that we went in KNOWING what we wanted, and so I would say that we made his actual job easy, however the warehouse personnel was amazing in assisting us in getting the pickup completed as seamlessly as possible.

Best Quality

We just purchased our second living room set from FR. The service is outstanding and the selection is top notch. We had our first set for over 13 years and was still in great shape. We just wanted to upgrade to the reclining sets. We were able to give our set to a family member. We will never shop anywhere else for furniture!

Perfect Exp w/service, eta promise & discounts

I have done a lot of Furniture shopping over the years and this was by far my best experience! Be sure to ask for Carl. He is honest, helpful, ethical and really cares about helping you find the best purchase for your budget. Carl began by pulling the liner off of a floor model couch to show me the interior Construction, he let me browse at my own pace and made simple suggestions along the shopping process. Carl promised my furniture would arrive within 1 to 2 weeks and exactly 8 days after the day of purchase it arrived. Everything was just as promised, nothing was damaged and I am extremely happy with the customer service from everyone in the store but especially Carl. There is an abundance of choices styles and prices to choose from. I felt very happy during the entire shopping and delivery process. Great communication from Carl throughout the process. I visited at least four other furniture stores in the Waco area and they were either dirty, had cheap furniture or unprofessional sloppy salespeople so my opinion there is no where better than FR.

Furniture row in Waco was a great experience. Huge selection and great clearance prices. Incredible deals. The staff was extremely helpful and made buying simple and easy and we enjoyed shopping there. We got a great deal on two couches and a five piece dining set. They had even more things we would have liked to buy! We will be back

Sofa Mart Waco- Great Service

I just want to give a great review for Sofa Mart Waco and for my salesman, Jerry Alvarez. This was my second visit to look for a brown leather couch. He answered my questions regarding the couches, warranties and the finance plan. I ended up purchasing a leather couch, love seat and beautiful mirrored console. He is very professional and friendly and I will definitely make more purchases in the future. I hope to purchase furniture for my daughter as a graduation gift and new mattresses for my parents. Thanks for a quick and painless experience. I love Furniture Row and especially Sofa Mart!

New bed and mattress

I was looking for a new bed and mattress for the guest room in my house. I went to Furniture Row in Waco, TX. I picked to shop here because I like how all the stores are connected, makes it easy to match items you want without running all over town. I had and idea of what I was looking for in the bed I was needing, they had several styles so I had lots to choose from! When I went to pay, I had to call my bank because of pre-set limits on my credit card, they were very patient while this transaction took place. When I went to the mattress store, they were also very friendly and helpful. I was worried that the box spring and mattress would be too tall to fit the bed because the headboard of the bed had shelves. They measured the box spring and mattress, they went over to the bedroom store measured the bed to make sure it would fit. This is why it nice that all the stores are connected, if I had to get the mattress elsewhere, I would had to make a trip back to the bedroom store to make sure that it would have fit. I also like that they combined delivery. That saved me money on delivery charges. If I had gone to 2 separate stores I would have 2 delivery fees instead of one.

Highly Recommended

We recently ordered a sofa and chair from Sofa Mart in Waco. The best part was being able to pick our favorite styles and fabrics and have the furniture custom made. The manager Josh made it easy and enjoyable to shop. Prices were reasonable too.

Went the extra mile

Found item online called store near me said was discontinued but had one at this store. Saleslady said I would have to go there and pick it up. Nothing else could be done. I called this store in Waco and a very nice ma and gave me options on shipping but then spoke to his manager and guess what? It will be transported to store here in San Antonio for delivery to me. I'm disabled and am very appreciative without saying I was to get such superior service, Thanks so much!

Overall great service!!

I had a great experience buying new furniture. There wasn't a huge selection in store, so I had a ton of questions about ordering something I couldn't see and feel in person. The salesman was very helpful, patient, and did not push for a sale. I'll definitely go back to do business with him.

On 01/12/24 I went to FR to buy a bedroom set. I told the salesperson that i had a box spring/mattress for a full size bed. we looked at several but the one I fell in love with was the Bering Panel bed because of its under bed storage drawers.. The one on display was a king. I asked if it came in a full size and Stacey went to check. She came back and told me it only came in queen and king. I reiterated how much I wanted the underbed storage. Stacey told me that I would only need to buy a mattress since it had panels under the mattress. She even lifted up a corner to show me. I final agreed that to get the underbed storage I would do away with the three year old full size mattress/box spring set i had and buy a queen size mattress. So for $2106 I bought the bed, dresser, and nightstand. She then directed me to a salesperson who sold me a queen mattress and accessories for $2024. Imagine my surprise and anger when my bed was delivered and I found out then and only then that the queen did not have the storage drawers, that those were only a feature offered on the king. I had made it clear to Stacey that I was buying this particular set for the underbed storage. Imagine my further disappointment and anger when I found out that I do have to buy a box spring to go under my mattress. So is this a case of simple incompetence, a case of employees being totally unfamiliar with the stores products, or is this a case of a salesperson saying anything to make a sale. Believe me I will never shop at Furniture row again, and I suggest that anyone who reads this review go elsewhere.
