I purchased a Flexsteel couch and loveseat set from Furniture Row in Yakima, WA. The store was dry clean and well laid out and had a good selection for couches for us to view and tryout. We love the Flexsteel brand with this being the second set we have purchased in the last 20 years. Our sales agent was very helpful but not pushy, which I especially appreciate. Overall it was a great shopping experience.

Fruniture Row is the way to go, I personally change out old for new every 5 years and have been buying from then. they are greeting me the minute I walk in the door and very helpful when it comes to advice on grouping sets. thanks to Juan this time around he helped me with entire livingroom arrangement couch set, area rug & tables...Dining table & chairs, kids dresser/night stand & a complete bedroom set for myself. I am alway happy with them.

I drove 190 miles for the customer support and service I was looking for in obtaining a new mattress. I purchased my first Denver Mattress 12 years ago and it needed replace but I had moved from Colorado to Washington and could not find a local store. I tried other locations but just was not comfortable purchasing a mattress from someone who only had a vague idea of what they were selling. Glenn provided me the service I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the stock in his store, listened to what I needed in regards to medical issues and offered selected possibilities to test. Thank you Glenn, I left with a new mattress and comfort in my selection.
My only recommendation is that Denver Mattress seriously consider putting in a store in the Lakewood, WA area. This area may be the largest population in the state, but we don't have the service or expertise in mattresses that Denver Mattress provides.

Foam Mattress
The Denver Mattress Manager helped us. He knew his product and helped us decide on which bed to get. We bought a Foam Mattress. It was clearance and a great deal. We love our bed and are happy for the help we received. The Manager even carried out my second mattress. We purchased 2 matress. Thanks.

I purchased a bedroom set for my grandsons who live in Yakima a few years ago. The salesman was knowledgeable and quite helpful. The bedroom set was delivered and it didn't take long for them to set everything up! The bedroom set has withstood the test of time and two boys!
Recently I was looking to get a similar bunkbed for my granddaughters, but they live in Silverdale, WA. I couldn't find the bed I wanted in any store near us so I contacted Furniture Row in Yakima. The salesman, Angel, was amazing! I explained what I wanted. He took photos of a bunkbed and sent them to me - which was exactly what I was looking for! I asked if they could deliver to the Kitsap Peninsula and he said they could! I was able to purchase my granddaughters bunkbed and set up delivery over the phone! It has now been delivered and set up! Same financing as before! This stores customer service is absolutely incredible! Although we live so far away I will continue to purchase furniture at this store in the future!

My family purchased a Living Room set today. We had 3 visits to the store before making a selection, during this time Ezekial was very informative and not pushy for our purchase. Great Store
My husband and I bought a bedroom set from Furniture Row a couple years ago, we are still extremely satisfied with the set and the quality of the furniture is suburb. Only a few days ago we purchased a new sectional couch and a new mattress and frame for our spare bedroom. The staff was extremely helpful and they made sure to fulfill our wants and needs. They will be delivering the couch and bed to our home once it arrives and will set it up for us, I am sure the delivery service will be above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend the Yakima, WA store to all and we have also referred friends and family to this location.

When it hit the fan...
I had a bad experience with my lounge and the previous manager. Ultimately the problem was taken care of by the new manager of the Yakima store! Ben helped us every step of the way and I feel that the company made a great choice placing him in the manager position! The man who originally sold us the couch (Jay) deserves a raise! He had excellent customer service skills and he knew exactly what to do in the situation and was the only guy willing to get to the bottom of the problem before Ben walked in as the new manager. Glad to say I will be coming back to continue to furnish my home in the near future with Furniture Row! Thank you!

Storage Galore
What a great store, full of accessories that make it so much more than just a furniture store. I like that when I entered someone asked me if I was looking for something specific and then they went away and let me browse in peace. Not wanting to make an $$$ impulse buy I browsed did some research and went back browsing several times before I decided on what would work for me. When I found it I had no problem getting someone to help me out, give me the details on length of time for arrival, etc. They even asked if I wanted to apply for credit - I didn't but I thought it was nice they asked.

Not only were they more than accommodating when we had questions but at the same time it was definitely a no pressure sales environment. They allow you to comfortably browse the inventory which I might add was quite impressive. Also the showroom is beautifully staged showcasing whole collections and optional accent accessories. Just recently purchased a king bed set and couldn’t be happier with the overall sale experience. I can say without a doubt I will be a repeat customer.

I only now shop at Furniture Row. Love the quality and value of products.
Salespeople are awesome!!! They go out of their way to take care of their customers.
Even though my product was not in stock there was one in a different color, Juan went out of his way to pull the product so I could see it. He even answered questions I had regarding my account. I believe it was Jay that was working the same day (2/28/17) and he remembered me.
You just don't find customer service like this anymore. :)

Great shopping experience!
We went in last night to buy new couches. We were worried about being "harassed" as soon as we walked through the door. Not the case. Jay introduced himself maybe within 5min of us being there. We were still in the process of looking around and he was great and let us have our space. He checked back every so often and answered any questions we had. He was very patient as we were a little undecided on what we wanted. We bought our couches and are super excited and very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you Jay.

We gave Furniture Row a chance because we had such a bad experience at Walkers. Our sales person was Alex and he was wonderful. He was never pushy, he let us alone, and was always there when we needed to ask questions. He was new but was very good about getting answers if he didn't know them. We ordered a sectional that we thought was going to work well with our home but after we set it up we realized it wasn't fitting our home. We asked the folks at Yakima Furniture Row if we could return it and exchange it for something different and they had no problem with doing so! Boy's Bunkbeds
