Angie helped guide me in finalizing my decision to buy a new dining room set. She also advised that since I had bought furniture last year, with protection plan, that my cleaning and protection products were due for refill, which I was not aware I could do. We winter in Yuma in an RV and have size requirements rhat needed to be met. Jacob was very knowledgeable and familiar with products that met our needs. He walked through the store with us, pointing out what he thought would work, and then left us to browse, and test each chair. We eventually chose chairs that fit both size requirements as well as comfort and style.

we bought our furniture in August because everything was delayed so we would have gotten the furniture by the time pure house was ready, long story short our house was not ready by the time the furniture was but they kept it in the warehouse for 2 months for us to schedule delivery when ready. the customer service has been great, there was one person in mattress department that didn’t seem to have much experience but we talked with the team member on how to help him get better based on our experience. overall excellent services and furniture!

Helpful Staff
I started looking around and stopped by Denver Mattress to see what they had to offer. I had never been in Furniture Row before. They had a HUGE selection of mattresses to choose from. I highly recommend their free test to see what kind of mattress you should sleep on. It confirmed what I had experienced (for me, firm is best). Their staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to explain the differences between good, better and best quality mattresses.

Great Customer Service
We went into FR the other day to goof off and look at sectionals for the future. Walked in, salesman Robert, greeted us. I asked him if they has any sectional, we ended up buying the first one he showed us. We did check out the rest of the selection and even wandered to dinning but Robert never pushed us. He was very helpful, friendly and attentive.

We came to the store after we saw an item in flyer. Marc's customer service was fabulous start to finish. Very pleased. Love how area of homes are in sections so you don't have to search entire store. And very happy with item I bought.

Mattress Experts!
I'm definitely one of those people that spend day and night searching for the right bedroom set and then forget about putting the same effort into finding the best mattress to go with it. UNTIL NOW!! After my visit to Furniture Row Denver Mattress I walked out of there smarter and happier! Greg helped me find the perfect mattress combination for my new twin bed with twin trundle piece I had just purchased. And he kept my budget in mind the entire time! Now not only do I have a beautiful bed set, I have a COMFORTABLE bed for my guest bedroom. I'm looking into replacing my master bedroom mattress within a few months and I definitely will be paying Greg another visit when the time comes!

One Stop Shop!!!
I moved to Yuma 3 days prior to my visit and I was in search of an entertainment center for my living room TV. I also wanted a cute coffee table but I wasn't sure if I could kill 2 birds with one stone because of pricing and location selection. I'm sooooo glad I found Funiture Row Sofa Mart! I was able to purchase a beautiful entertainment center AND the perfect coffee table with Daniel's help! We went through all of my options (I'm very picky) and he was extremely patient and didn't skip a beat! I was so grateful I didn't have to drive all over a new town looking high and low. Everything was right there in one location. Definitely will be back as I continue to decorate.

Bedroom set
Found the bedroom set i wanted online , walked in with the picture and pricing i had printed out from the Furniture Row site. I was browing through the store---- did not feel pressured by any sales person. There were plenty of sales people throughout the store and were available immediately when i was ready to ask questions. The merchadise is set up so beautifully. Easy access to everything. I found the exact set i was looking for. It looked better than the pictures online. Prices are great and accurate to online prices. Cant wait until it is delivered!--- approximately 10-14 day wait. Will definitely shop here again!

Customer Service
Our service representative (Bajru DeShields) helped us view the product and showed us specific details about the merchandise to help us make a final decision. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and gave us a great experience at our store (85365). Also, he gave us time roam around and make a decision without making us feel pressured, but was always near in case we had questions.

Barstools
I had fabric cushioned barstools and was looking for something more kid friendly. I ordered some beautiful teal barstools and got them home with no problem and they weren't quite the color I was looking for. So I went back and the employees were great about letting me exchange for the cream color. Which I did and they didn't look great as the color didn't go with my house scheme. I am pregnant and emotional which explains all the exchanging! They once again let me just return the cream color with a full refund as I went on a quest for different barstools all together. I could not find any the color I wanted or even close to the durability of what I originally got. So- I went back and once again bought the original teal barstools. I was embarrassed and the employees were so kind and didn't make me feel bad at all! They were wonderful to work with!

Great Customer Service
I've lived in Yuma Arizona all my life and i have always found that Furniture Row has the best selection as well as the best prices. The store is located at 1001 S Redondo center Drive close by Home Depot and the Yuma Palms Mall. When I entered the store I was greeted by two of the workers and was asked how they could assist me. I happened to be looking for a large area rug for my living room and found their selection to be very large. One of the sales reps was very helpful he showed be around and looked up info such as the different rug sizes and prices of the styles that I was interested in. I found a rug I liked for a very reasonable price. I am happy that we have Furniture Row here in Yuma and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Indecisive buyers
We had gone in a couple of times trying to decided between 2 different sectionals. Each time we had gone in Rob was very patient and helped us decide between them he explained the differences between them and also explain what would come with each sectional and how we could order it to make it our own. We later decided to go with the aviator sectional in grey and ordered a console and an armless recliner to go along with it. We were helped in starting a financial card and were approved right away. Rob let us know we could get the section whenever we wanted and also told us the armless recliner would not be in until december. We later got a call from Rob and he had gone out of his way for us to call different warehouses to find the missing piece so we wouldn't have to wait as long and he found it! We enjoyed having his help in picking out our sectional for our new home he was patient understanding and kind with us. We will definitely return for more furniture in the future.

Mattress Purchase Experience
My salesman was Greg, he was very helpful in my purchase of a mattress. He helped with getting me a loan, giving me advice, being honest with me on certain products, making sure I knew about all the perks of my selection and that I took advantage of all of the deals that came with my purchase. The downside for me is that the mattress when delivered was too large for the bed frame, but Denver Mattress would be giving me back a "FULL REFUND" with no restocking fees or product pickup and for that I am greatly appreciative of and will be back because of it.

Sectional selection
We have a odd shaped room that made it difficult to find a sectional that would fit our needs and space. Daniel did a great job in showing us the styles that we liked and also fit our space. He took the time to explain the construction of the pieces and the warranty for them. All in all, we had a good experience at Sofa Mart and would highly recommend them.
