Great Service
We have been all over looking for a power reclining loveseat. We were about to order one from a different company but we decided to check out Furniture Row as our last stop before making a decision. Nikki was super helpful and we found exactly what were looking for at an amazing price. We left today owners of a new piece of furniture. We are so excited for it to be delivered on Saturday!

We just bought our first home and were ready to start buying furniture. We drove by Furniture Row and decided to stop in to get some ideas. We were greeted by Jeremy Monroe who instantly clicked with our daughter. He was jovial, informative, and honest about the selections available. We even got a free massage chair session during our visit. Not only did we find a sectional we loved, but an experience worthy of a 10! Thank you so much Jeremy!

store rep very nice and accommodating, took sofa cushion out in sunlight to see "true" color, and walked around all sections of store with me to explain different styles. unable to see specific bed stand I wanted, but shown a close model. Only downside is the availability due to shortages nation wide due to pandemic, but can't help that!

WOW! Great experience! Was greeted when we walked in. Looked around and found a couple pieces we liked. Asked Sabrina for assistance. She was AMAZING! Greeted us with a smile, asked for my ID when paying for my transaction. Very detailed, friendly, professional. She helped get our things loaded into the truck even! She followed through with us until the very end. Will definitely go back to see her again the next time we need something. GREAT experience!

We purchased a living room set at the Boise Sofa Mart and worked with the store manager Dennis. He provided superb customer service, was extremely knowledgeable of all the products, and overall wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this store and Dennis is supreme!

Husband and I went into the Cole Rd store looking for NON-electric recliners. Chris N. immediately greeted us and we told him we needed battery-powered recliners. In spite of not finding any that suited our taste, we explained to Chris we had found some at a different store but had to order batteries for them (not sure how long that might take in this current supply chain craziness). Chris immediately told us about batteries that he sold (and were basically in stock) and also called the other store to see if his would work!! THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will definitely shop this store in the future. Thanks, again, Chris for all your caring, pleasant help.

Unique Styles & Great Service
Furniture Row has a great selection and pieces that you don't find in other traditional stores. I have purchased numerous items here since moving to Boise 6 months ago and have been very satisfied with the quality and service. Sales associates have also been excellent.

Really Great Buys
My wife & I went in to just look around & get an idea of how much it would be to upgrade our dinning set. We went all around the dinning area & narrowed it down to 3 style types. We ended up going over to the living side & found a new sofa set for a great price. We then came back & the manager of both the living & dinning was able to increase our credit line. My wife picked out her favorite table & sofa set. So if she was happy then I was happy. The prices are reasonable & affordable. Thank you!

This is my second experience buying from Furniture Row. First was a Denver Mattress Dr. Choice Mattress and over a year later it is great. This time we purchased a power reclining love seat and a small dining room table. All great values. Also great service from the sales staff, not pushy, knowledgeable and helpful. And the delivery and set up crew were great.

Great Chair!
Just purchased a great leather recliner! This was my first purchase with Furniture Row. The salesperson answered all my questions, and showed me possible alternatives, without making me feel pressured. Dining Set
I have been in the process of trying to find the right dining room set for at least 8 months and avoided Furniture Row because I thought they would be too pricey. BIG MISTAKE!!! On my first trip I found exactly what I was looking for in design and price. Went home thought about it and went back the next day and finally purchased my dining room set. LOVE IT!! Not only did i find the set but the salesman was informative, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Fantastic man--Chris--Thank you so much for all that you did for me. Also was very impressed with the delivery men--very pleasant and efficient. Special Thanks to you 3 men who assisted me and all of your kindness. Most kind, helpful and respectful
I had been shopping for a massage chair for many months. Raul at Sofa Mart in Boise was the most willing to educate me on the features and benefits of each. When I was trying one out, an 8 year old boy was trying out another. Raul approached the boy and said “Are you figuring it out OK sir”?” Let me know if you need anything else”. In a world that discounts children, he taught respect and service. The kid was beaming. He then went on to far surpass the service and pricing of any of the other places we have been. He will get many referrals from us and any items we can get from his store we will. Thank you.

Excellent Experience
I stopped in at Bedroom Expressions in Boise, ID after finding a bedroom set at a competitor that I wanted to shop prices on. I came in during my lunch break, talked with an excellent sales rep and received a much better deal and shorter delivery window and was done with the complete transaction in about 15 minutes. The other competitor gave me pricing, only to tell me it was wrong later after waiting over 45 minutes in their store! Bedroom Expressions was a great experience and I would definitely recommend shopping at this location in the future!

Office furniture
I have been looking for office furniture for some time. I began shopping online and my online shopping brought me to Furniture Row. Boise's Furniture Row is located off of Cole Road and Franklin, a central location for our city.
After shopping online, I knew basically what I was looking for, an L shaped desk with easy sliding drawers, nice wood, and an upper hutch type unit. When I walked into our Furniture Row I was happily met with a variety of this kind of desk set up as well as many other office materials that caught my eye. The desk that originally caught my attention on line was the Montego 4 piece desk set and was the one I still fell in love with in person.
Our sales person pointed out features of the desk set as well as additional pieces that can be later purchased to complete my office set. (Bookshelf, file cabinet, etc.) The salesman was very friendly and informative about the furniture and its warranty, however did not leave me feeling he was pushy and sales driven. I appreciate that as I know what I want in my home and like to be able to take time to visualize it and think it through rather than being pressured.
My furniture is to arrive in 1 week and I am very excited to get it into my home. Many thanks to Furniture Row for helping to complete my home.

Great experience
Bought a sectional. We had two kids with us and we're happy to find a little area they could play at while we searched. Sales people greeted us but didn't follow us around which we appreciated. Every question we had were answered knowledgeably by Kevin who owned one of the couches we considered. Very happy with the prices and selection and sales staff.

The products are great we have had a set of Sofa Marts couches for 12 years and the product performed excellently. We just ordered our second set of couches to fit our new home and John was great ,he helped us to pick out the perfect set up. He was professional and only suggested products that where inside our price range.. Then he followed up with us and called when our products were ready and offered to hold them in his warehouse until we where ready for them in our new home.. Excellent service and a great product..

Sofa Mart Experience
I recently purchased a new home and needed new furniture to go along with it. I was particularly looking for a sofa for the formal living space and had looked at three other stores before I found the one I loved inside Sofa Mart. It was displayed right as you walk through the front doors which made life a little simpler for me and I knew that was the one. I was approached by McKayla almost immediately and she helped me through my thought process of whether or not my other existing furniture would match. We decided it would and I chose to buy the sofa. McKayla was extremely helpful in offering me services like a a fabric protection and also offered their delivering service. I walked out of the store feeling like I had made a strong decision and purchase.

Yesterday we met your new Manager, Carol McKinley....what a lovely, knowledgeable lady! I felt no pressure, no "selling", just a very easy, pleasant experience. The interesting thing about Carol is her dedication to Sofa Mart. I am an Executive Recruiter. I place great Executives all over the country with great companies. Carol just moved here to Boise and has moved before for Sofa Mart. Starting over in a new town isn't always easy at a "certain" age...but she is doing it. I admire that. There was a sectional we really liked at another store that has fake Lerner. Furniture Row had one almost identical in leather for basically the same price. Better warranty as well. I'm sold!!!

We were looking for an ottoman for weeks with no luck anywhere!! Then boom, Sofa Mart had the exact item we had in mind, AND it was on clearance for so cheap!! It was missing a few legs (hence the clearance), but the associate went to the trouble to find some legs that would work for us in the back room. Couldn't be happier with this experience and will continue to shop here!! (We purchased our entire living room set here last year as well)

Carol was great! She asked if i had questions and let me look around and i did not feel like i was being pushed. We bought the cloud sectional and we love it. It fits in our space great because we can arrange it how we want. They said two weeks for delivery but it came a week early which was great because i had Family coming to town. Found what we were looking for!
Stopped in to see what our options were for a new sectional. John was very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. When color options were needed he pulled down the exact chair to match the sectional we wanted so we could see the color it would be before ordering and finding out in 2 weeks it was the wrong color. We have bought several pieces from Furniture Row and will probably shop here again in the future. Low pressure sales help is what we need more of in today stress filled world!
