I absolutely love this store! The customer service is amazing, and everything I need it's easy to locate in the store. I've been a local customer for 17 years and I am still satisfied with everything.

love our dining table
I have to leave a review for furniture row. They definitely take care of you. We bought a table and chairs from them in the Idaho store. We had it for about a month when some water was spilled on it and we didn't know for a while. The table warped in the area of the spill. I called them and told them what happened. We didn't have the additional coverage but they still took care of us. We now have a beautiful table with no warped wood. They are the best and I will definitely keep buying my furniture from them.

we were shopping for a recliner for Valentines Day so we stopped in to Furniture Row. The staff were great. they were attentive but not pushy, and knowledgeable. We were able to find what we wanted and felt good about it.

The couch I ordered was just what I wanted. Furniture Row told me it would be here in 4 weeks, it was here in exactly 4 weeks. Going to their warehouse to pick it up was nice and easy. also easy to find. Will be going back

My daughter and I went to several stores looking for a quality dresser for her. everywhere had cheap wood and rollers and it just felt cheap. so we ventured into this store and the selection was so much bigger and there were several that she liked and were just really good prices of furniture that will last. they were made of solid wood with the velvet on the bottom and good rollers. The prices were a few hundred dollars more compared to other places, but the quality was just far superior that I really felt like I was getting a good deal for a dresser that is going to last for a long time. The selection was much larger too! with different styles and colors and just a wide variety. My daughter found one that was absolutely stunning and I saw some pieces that I want to go back for. The staff was very nice as well! definitely will be going here as the first stop instead of getting burned out on other cheap stores. Thanks!

I appreciated all of Emitt’s help with answering all of my questions and he was available even by text for follow up info. Approving the financing was fast and easy. I was quoted 2-4 weeks before it would be ready to pick up but it only took 2 days!! That was a great surprise! The sale made it affordable to get the dining table we have needed for a long time! We have purchased items from Furniture Row in the past and they have always had a great selection and superb customer service! We are very happy customers! Thanks!

We are very pleased with this store and it's team. We were warmly greeted by Heather Bjornlie when we entered. We described what we were looking for and she was able to show us several selections. She did not pressure us to make any decision and we were able to purchase what we needed. Heather explained to us the shipping and delivery process/times so we would be well aware when we can expect our furniture. The store was very clean and the setting conducive to buyers. We look forward to doing future business with this store and staff.

We were very pleased with our shopping experience at this store. We found just what we were looking for at an excellent price. Byron was of great assistance with the sales paperwork, even doing it on line with us once we had made our decision. The delivery took place slightly earlier than expected, so we had our new furniture for the holidays. Bonus!
The chairs were easy to assemble and seem to be very well made. They look great in our tv room and are quite comfortable!
I would absolutely suggest this store to anyone looking to buy furniture in our area.

Third room of furniture
This is the third room of furniture we have purchased in the last two years from Furniture Row. The folks working here are amazing! We have received really nice quality furniture each time we have made a purchase. Delivery was on time and in some cases available before the promised date! Setup has always been done with extreme attention to detail. We shop around but always end up back here!! I would highly recommend shopping here to all my friends.

Tyler helped me with questions I had. He let me browse the store alone and sit on numerous sofas and chairs. No high pressure sales here!! I went home to measure my space available and came back the next day. Tyler came up to me to see if he could help with anything else. I bought the beautiful Sand leather sofa, chair and ottoman. Tyler is very personable and knowledgeable about the inventory he had. Thank you Tyler for a positive experience.

Great Service
I recently visited my furniture row center and was amazed by The helpful and courteous staff in each dept. They answered every question I had, from colors, to designs, warranties, durability, what do if I became unsatisfied with my purchase, financing options, you name it! After some perusing, I ended up walking out of the store with a gorgeous chocolate cherry colored dining room set, an amazing rustic antique bedroom set in a charcoal grey, as well as a new mattress. I was very impressed!!!

Great Experience
I worked with Jess in the Idaho Falls office and I would recommend anyone who wants a great experience to do the same. He knows he's stuff and he's so much fun to work with. I wanted this piece of furniture that the company said they couldn't sale. He want and pleaded to them how bad I wanted it and they gave in and gave me a discount on top of it. I love Jesse. Outstanding Customer Service
Always a great experience to walk into the Ammon Furniture Row in Idaho Falls. The sales staff are always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and give you your space to shop the store with no pressure.
We recently purchased two beautiful reclining sectional loveseats, after using them for awhile one side of a recliner had some functioning issues after we had used it. I was quite upset and contacted Furniture Row through email and recieved a reply and a phone call within a couple days. My issue was handled so professionally. I was given several options to decide from as well.
I worked for a well known furniture company in the past for 10+ years.
I am so impressed with how my issues were handled, my expectations were exceeded with Furniture Rows Customer Service.

Found what I wanted
My husband and I are trying to update our family room with nice furniture pieces that are similar in style and color that match the feel of our 100+ year old Mission style home. We have collected a few nice antiques that we have refinished, but needed something on both sides of the fireplace. FOUND lovely bookcases at a reasonable price that are perfect for the space. Worth the drive
Was impressed with the store in Idaho Falls after we drove up 50 miles from Pocatello. Sales personnel allowed us to browse the store with no pressure at all when we found pieces we asked questions, and Jesse was very informative about the pieces we inquired about, including clearance pieces that he told us and showed us why they were marked down. I will definitely go back there for my next furniture purchase

Bought a sofa
We went in and looked at some sectionals, we already knew what we wanted so the choice was pretty easy. We were helped right away and no pushy sales people. They gave us the measurements we needed so when we returned to purchase the sofa everything was exactly what we needed!
Guys we're easy to talk to and had device after the sale and we were impressed. This was not the first piece of furniture we have gotten from here and I'm sure won't be the last!

Another Great Experience
Very happy with my experience at Sofa Mart. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for and just wanted to browse. I was greeted immediately by a sales associate named Tommy. He was very kind and respectful of my choice just to browse after telling me quickly about the layout of their store. He was attentive and was there right away when I did have a question. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great couch and end table combination. I explained the look I was going for and he showed me to a clearance rug that really tied the look together on top of being a great price. I feel like Tommy was listening to what I wanted from the beginning and helped me find what I was looking for without being overbearing as well as helping get it at a great price which I appreciated. I'm happy with my purchase and my experience. I will be back in the future.

Great experience!
My husband and I came in looking for a new sofa set. Tommy was quick to assist us but wasn't pushy which I appreciated.
