The first time we went in, someone offered to help right away and we were able to find a sofa we liked. I wanted to keep looking at other stores.
After going to a few stores, we went back and sat on the sofa for a little while, my daughter called out at some guys in the mattress area for help, but was ignored. I got up and called them and a girl came over to help us. she was helpful and we started ordering the custom sofa, love seat and chair. I am so glad I noticed that the specific color I wanted was not the same as what she was ordering. she went by the name and not the name AND number. There are different worth the same name, but different numbers. If I hadn’t realized the mistake, I would have waited 4-6 months for sofas I didn’t want. She was really nice, but needs to make sure when custom ordering that it’s exactly what the customer wants.
I had to go back because the manufacturer had to add the colors to the system. Now I’m waiting impatiently for my sofas to arrive. Can’t wait!:)
