The only reason I gave a 4 star on selection is the delivery time we have. I know it is supply issues but having to wait until November is ridiculous, especially since we have to pay now! We should be able to postpone payment until closer to receiving the items.

I ordered the Tempo futon knowing it was on back order waiting to come across the seas, It came in a timely manner and My salesman Jesse called to update me it was still on track and seeing if i wanted to cancel or keep waiting, I am very glad i was willing to wait it out bc i have it and love it ~

Wichita Falls store

Recommend to everyone

The first time we went in, I was by myself with two kiddos. The staff was amazing in communicating with them and making them a part of the process, instead of being annoyed that my two boys were overly excited and wanting to look at everything. The next time I went back with my husband with all three kids and the staff working that night was just as kind and understanding. They made the process very easy, and the two gentlemen who delivered our furniture were just as friendly. We are thrilled with our living room and bedroom sets, they look amazing and are comfortable too. We would recommend Furniture Row in Wichita Falls to anyone. Thanks again!

Denver Mattress

The wife and I entered this place of business to buy a new mattress. Elizabeth greeted us as we walk in. I told her we are here to buy a new mattress and we began to look at all the inventory, such a great showroom well stocked with high and low prices to choose from. She explained to us differences between memory foam and coiled mattresses. We quickly decided on coil that narrowed our search. We quickly checked out the Doctors Choice Elite Queen Mattress. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable of all products she showed us. We purchased this one and was out the door in 15 minutes. Such a great experience. Top Notch Salesman.

Excellent!

This was our first time furniture shopping, and everywhere else we were met with OK to poor customer service. However, at Furniture Row we were received with a friendly welcome from Bre and she answered all of our questions with ease! She was over the top, great and made our experience that much better! She showed us how their quality excelled over competitors and worked within our budget. It was an excellent experience, and I plan to do more shopping with Furniture Row in the future.

Great service

The Wichita Falls Furniture Row is so easy to shop in and my salesman Dylan was a delight to work with. He was always available but not hovering and very informative about the product. He was able to answer all of mine or my daughters questions. I want to reccomend this young man to anyone who is furniture shopping. Unfortunately, I had to make changes to my order the next day and it was handled beautifully without any problems. Highly reccomend!

Complete Satisfaction

My husband and I have always been completely satisfied with the furniture that we have purchased here! The service is excellent. Whether it be living room, bedroom, or dining room the sales people have had a way of understanding exactly what we want and help us find it, the price great and the value wonderful!. William Sturgill was the best at helping us narrow down our choice for a new living room set to replace the set (we purchased here) we are giving to one of our children. We are definitely returning customers!

First Visit

Our first visit was a good experience, had a very informed and helpful salesman. Looked at bids from another store in town we had visited to see if he could come close to matching it. He couldn't but we decided to purchase anyway. We do wish they had their own delivery service tho for what we purchased. The quote from the independent delivery service was higher than we pay when we shop Hamilton Bryan.

We will be Back

This is our second purchase from Furniture Row and we love it. There is no High pressure sales tactics just friendly people helping you find the best fit for your family. Our sales associate let us look around and get a feel for what they had. Then, he took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a few top options for the price range that best fit us. I think I love our table more today, than the day we purchased it.

Good Experience Year After Year

I've shopped Wichita Fall's Furniture Row for several years, and I am consistently more satisfied with my experience dealing with the FR store selection, customer service, and prices than any other furniture store in Wichita Falls. The staff is always warm and friendly, and they give you the freedom to wander and browse without hovering. They do work on commission, but they're not pushy and don't try to sell you something out of your budget. I look other places, but always find myself back at Sofa Mart / Furniture Row. Happy to recommend the Wichita Falls staff and selection to you.

Sha was great in helping me pick out my pillow material for my couch. She also took care of getting everything ordered for me. She was very patient with me, even when I interrupted her lunch to do all this. I also loved the fireplace/tv stand that we got. Great selection!

Great Experience

Went in and wasn't hassled. Got my bearings and chose a couple things in mind. When I was ready, Landon offered his assistance and was helpful. Showed me options that wouldn't break the bank, and that I was interested in. Within no time, I was walking out with exactly what I wanted and feeling good about everything. I'll be back.

Sofa Mart Experience

My husband, two kids, and I went into Sofa Mart in Wichita Falls, TX on a Saturday. First visit we just decided to look around and see what they had. Sha assisted us but didn't hover which we love and kindly told us to let us know if there was anything we needed. All this time our 4 year old was running around like a crazy person and yet everyone was still very kind and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for but had somewhere to be so we had to leave. Later we went back, this time both kids were awake and now both running around. Brad assisted us this time since Sha had already gone home. Let me just tell you, Brad helped us out with what we found the first time as well as helped us find more that we needed but wasn't necessarily going to get this time around. The deal was too good to pass up so we ended up getting everything we needed and wanted! Brad had us in and out within 30-45 minutes, paperwork and everything. Which when you have two crazy kids, fast is everything! We were very impressed with the customer service and quality of products that were offered as well as being a family friendly environment!! We have part of our order and absolutely love it and can't wait to get the rest in! We ended up with the most perfect sofa and loveseat set and coffee table and end table set!! We are very happy!!

First of all, I want to say a hung Thank you to the manager, Brad and his staff at our local Sofa Mart at Furniture Row in Wichita Falls, TX. I was treated with respect and honesty after having issues with a purchase I made well over a year ago. The Manager, Brad NEVER made me feel as if I was an innocence or problem; let me tell you, I could be considered high maintenance but friendly but very direct kind of customer. Brad took the time himself to help me choose a new couch and tables for my living-room. He moved end tables around the showroom floor to ensure my happiness with my purchase. This kind of customer-care is what will always bring me back again and again. In conclusion, the corporate powers to be need to take lessons from the Wichita Falls Sofa Mart at Furniture Row. Saved the best for last

We had been to every other furniture store in town and we're ready to give up, but then my wife suggested trying furniture row. We were tired and a little cranky, but the staff were friendly and very helpful. The selection in the store was great and it didn't take long for us to find our couch. Thank you very much!

I found my sofa

I'm short, I wanted a couch that fit me, not my 6'+ husband and sons. I explained this dilemma to Ethan Snow at my Sofa Mart store. He helped me find the perfect sofa that fit me.I told him I had just started my search and would be back. I went back the next day, met with Brad because Ethan was not there. I was going to have to custom order the sofa and Brad was extremely patient and helpful in giving me peace of mind over this big purchase. I highly recommend my local Sofa Mart/Furniture Row store and in particular these 2 young me for their assistance.

Outstanding Customer Service

Chase was great. Wife and I went in to look for a new love seat. We found one immediately that we liked shortly after we walked into the store. Chase noticed us looking at the item and introduced himself. We looked around to see if we found anything that we liked better. After looking things over, we decided that the first item we looked at was the one we wanted. We both appreciated that Chase allowed us to look around without any pressure to get something that we did not like and no pressure to buy the initial item we liked.

Consumer Reports Review

I was following up on a recommended "Best Buy" from Consumer Reports on Denver Mattresses Doctor's Choice Plush Mattress. I purchased 2 queen size beds and the entire process was as smooth as it could be. The sales person checked inventory, showed me the items and discussed options. I paid for them and drove around back for pickup where I was assisted in loading the items and tying them down in my truck. I wish all transactions were this smooth. As an added bonus, they provided instructions to register online to redeem 1 point for every dollar I spent. I now have store credit for the bamboo pillows my wife was wanting.

The manager for sofa mart was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to anybody. Will definitely be a returning customer. Bought a sectional. Now was going to also buy a dresser from the Bedroom Express. Yancy was 15 ft away and we were the only people in that area. He never acknowledge us. I had to go get him to give me prices. He then disappeared and sent someone else out to answer questions. I really wanted a dresser and would have bought one but left without one due to the poor customer service in that area.

Great Customer Service

Customer service is what keeps you returning to a store and Furniture Row in Wichita Falls has the best. This trip we visited Oak Express to look for a small dinette. Neata Glasgow was terrific. The whole crew was helpful in getting us checked out and our product wrapped for transport. We spent quite a while in Denver mattress. Those reps know their stuff. We learned so much about how to select the right mattress for us and how the warranty program works. When we are ready to make that significant purchase, we now know where we will go and which mattress we will buy. Thanks to all the ladies--I didn't get everyone's name. Our Furniture Row is in a very central location and is always clean, bright, inviting and full of products we love. Thanks.

Love my sectional!!

I didn't want a sectional until I found the perfect one at Sofa Mart. The salesman stayed late, well after closing, helping us measure and configure until we found the right pieces for a perfect fit. The leather is soft and comfortable, color is identical on each piece and the quality is exceptional. I expected it to take several weeks to arrive, but I was really surprised when it arrived in just a few days. I will definitely do business with them again.

new sofa

We recently purchased a new sofa from the store in Wichita falls, TX. The store staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that the sales person forgot to add the delivery to the schedule. The delivery guys were great.

Instructions Please

Our recent purchase of a china cabinet to match a previous purchase of a table and chairs went smoothly enough. It took less than the estimated time for the purchase to arrive and when it did arrive it was in good condition. How to set and connect the hutch to the cabinet looked straight forward enough however like I always do I looked for an instruction sheet but couldn't find one. Upon attaching the hutch to the cabinet I noticed that one of the sliding doors when closed was cocked slightly to one side. I set about to correct the problem. When I couldn't figure out exactly how best to do it I decided to switch the doors. Upon so doing one of the doors got stuck behind the other door and the only way to separate them resulted in the door that was stuck being scratched by hardware from the other door. The scratch was about 10 inches long. I was sick. After I got the doors dislodged from one another I tried to determine what went wrong. In the process I noticed a set screw on the back side of the roller wheels on the bottom of the door. I adjusted the set screw and the door was raised thereby eliminating the door from being cocked to one side. Now I was stuck with a long scratch at the top of one of the doors. Fortunately I had gotten a furniture stick when we purchased the table and chairs. I used the stick and, although I notice the scratch, others didn't until I pointed it out to them. The long and short of my experience is that if there had been an instruction sheet explaining how to adjust the doors this incident would not have happened.

Sofa Mart

I initially went to Oak Express assuming the credenza piece I wanted would be there, and the gentleman were very helpful in directing me to Sofa Mart, where it actually was located. The salesman at Sofa Mart was relatively new and not very knowledgeable, however, he was quick to find out answers to any question I asked. I was happy the piece I found on the internet was located in store so I could see it firsthand. I am pleased with my experience.
