The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is back in Denver, and once again, Furniture Row is honored to furnish every room! This year's home is built by Oakwood Homes in the Sky Ranch community, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and about 1,960 square feet of living space, all valued at an estimated $503,000.

This year looks a little different. The build took longer than planned, so there won't be an in-person open house this season. Instead, we're bringing the Dream Home to you. Grab a cup of coffee, get cozy, and join us for a virtual tour of every room, plus the pieces that make each space feel like home.

The Style: Classic, Contemporary and a Little Bit Boho

Want a home that feels collected over time instead of bought all at once? You're in good company. Blending vintage and transitional pieces into contemporary spaces is one of the biggest design trends of the year, and this Dream Home is a beautiful example of how to pull it off.

Furniture Row Interior Designer and Buyer Barb Chandler styled each room with a mix of warm, rustic wood tones and classic transitional silhouettes. Think skirted sofas, Arts & Crafts details, and carved wood, all paired with clean lines and whimsical decor elements that keep the look fresh. And, for a fun final twist, she added a playful boho look in the bedrooms with arched frames, curvy lamps, and soft channeled textures.

It’s a home that feels warm and lived-in, with plenty of personality in every room to make it your own.

The Entryway: A Warm First Impression

Our virtual tour starts right where every great home does: at the door. Coming in from the garage, the Vestira Hall Tree keeps coats, bags, and shoes organized, so busy mornings feel a little more effortless.

At the main entrance, the Abstracto 3 Door Cabinet in a natural finish brings natural wood warmth front and center, topped with a round wood framed mirror and table lamp for a welcoming glow. A wood bead garland and a woven giraffe accent add a whimsical touch that hints at the eclectic style waiting inside.

Style tip: Treat your entryway like a mini living room. A cabinet, a mirror, and a lamp are all it takes to make a small space feel finished and inviting.

The Living Room: Transitional Meets Arts & Crafts

The living room sets the tone for the whole home. At its center, the Grace Slipcover Sofa brings a tailored, timeless look with its skirted base, a detail that's having a major comeback. A pair of Valerie Accent Chairs in dark gray adds handsome wood-framed silhouettes that nod to Arts & Crafts craftsmanship.

For a pop of color, Barb brought in rich navy blue with the Morrison End Tables and matching Morrison Bookshelves. The Henrico Bench in genuine saddle leather on a cast iron base adds warm, rustic texture and extra seating when friends drop by.

A classic rug grounds the space, while the round Gaberial Chairside End Table and Roxanne Table Lamps add a healthy touch of personality.

The Dining Room and Kitchen: Timeless Warmth, Modern Lines

Next stop: the dining room, where everyday dinners and holiday gatherings come together. The Sutton Place Dining Table pairs a clean-lined, two-toned design with a stylish veneered top in a chevron pattern for a look that's equal parts modern and rustic. plus it's extendable!

Around the table, six Coronado Upholstered Dining Chairs bring a sophisticated touch with their classic parsons silhouettes. Their soft striped upholstery makes it easy to linger over dessert and conversation.

And the showstopper? The Brighton 6-Light Farmhouse Metal Chandelier. With a 40-inch diameter, it fills the space above the table with warm, welcoming light and vintage appeal.

In the kitchen, three round leather bar stools line the island for quick breakfasts, homework sessions, and a front-row seat to the cooking.

Style tip: Hang a dining chandelier so the bottom sits about 30 to 36 inches above the tabletop. A good rule of thumb for size is a fixture about half to two-thirds the width of your table.

The Primary Bedroom: A Layered, Romantic Retreat

The primary bedroom is all about warmth and comfort. The king-size Autumn Upholstered Bed combines a soft upholstered headboard with a rich wood frame, and the matching Autumn Dresser carries that same warm finish across the room.

Here's where it gets interesting: instead of matching everything, Barb chose the Arden Breeze 2 Drawer Nightstands in a lighter finish. Mixing two wood tones keeps the room from feeling too formal and gives it that collected-over-time charm that's so popular right now.

The Essentials Floral Rug brings a romantic, vintage-inspired pattern underfoot, and the Richmond Park Swivel Chair creates a cozy reading corner.

At the foot of the bed, the Gillian Storage Bench offers a handy spot to sit and stash extra blankets. Finally, a plush channeled comforter set, plus rose and bay accent pillows, complete this calming sanctuary.

The Guest Bedroom: Easygoing Boho Charm

For the guest bedroom, Barb leaned into a relaxed, boho look that feels like a getaway. The Diane Queen Upholstered Platform Bed in in velvety blue chenille steals the show with its graceful arched headboard that instantly softens the room.

On either side, the Sandhurst Nightstands in a natural finish bring artisan character with their hand-carved fronts and two roomy drawers each. Topping them off are the fun, curvy Ellipse Curved Gourd Glass Table Lamps in blue, with double-stacked gourd-shaped glass bases and crisp white shades.

Channeled throw pillows and a white channel comforter add plush, tactile texture, while the Granada Speckle Rug keeps the palette light and airy. It's the kind of room that makes overnight guests never want to leave!

Style tip: Curves are having a moment. An arched headboard, a rounded lamp, or a curvy mirror is an easy way to add boho personality without committing to a full room makeover.

Need a room that does it all? This home office-slash-lounge is a smart example of how to make one space work overtime. The star of the room is the Endora Desk/Bar with Sleeper, one of our new unexpected sleeper furniture pieces. By day, it's a stylish, hardworking desk with a drop-down keyboard drawer. And when guests stay over, a twin-size sleeper bed with a 4-inch mattress rolls out from the base, so your office turns into a guest room in minutes.

When it's time to step away from the inbox, the Soundwave Audio Power Chaise takes relaxation to the next level. This power chaise features built-in audio for immersive sound, making it the perfect spot for a favorite playlist, podcast, or movie night.

The Savion Accent Chair offers extra seating, while the marble Arden Chairside Table in brown and the pink Bella Geometric Glass Table Lamp bring a fun, colorful accent. A blush-toned rug, a round mauve pillow, and textured canvas art pull it all together.

The Kids Bedroom: A Storybook Cottage Hideaway

Our last stop might be the most fun of all! The kids bedroom is designed to spark imagination, starting with the Cottage Loft Bed with Ladder. Styled to look like a lofted cottage playhouse, it gives little ones a cozy place to sleep, play, and dream big.

The Lane Dresser and Lane Nightstand add rustic wood character and plenty of storage for clothes, books, and treasures. Nearby, the Stoney Creek Mirror and Bromley 2-Tone Pull-Chain Table Lamp bring a charming, vintage-inspired feel.

Then come the whimsical touches: a Forest Animals Comforter Set, a checkered rug, and playful wall art, including a woodland canvas and a dog in glasses. And you can't miss the adorable Sheep Storage Ottoman, offering an extra seat with hidden storage.
