Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun & Easy Based on Consumer Digest report, my husband & I decided we would look into Denver Mattress Co. & traveled 1 1/2 hours to try out a Doctor's Choice mattress. We were greeted at the door by Matt Gordon who was very courteous & knowledgeable & helped us select the correct mattress & pillows for us. All in all it was a delightful experience & we are very happy with our purchases. We even purchased a chair next door.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Customer Service I want to start off by saying that there are a few good employees at this store one of them is Mary from Indianapolis, and Alex that works on the living room side. Without them I don't know if I would be a returning customer. Now on the other hand there is one person that is very rude his name is Will I believe he is the manager and has no customer service at all, he made my husband and I feel like we don't matter and that we are just lying and we do not appreciate that. For instance we purchased a bedroom set for our daughter and without knowing that it would be something that is a safety issue, where every time she gets in or out of the bed her little foot gets stuck causing her ankle to twist. There was another bed there and we were asking about if we could switch out the bed to the other one that is more safe for our daughter, but he kept telling us no that its our fault we purchased that bed and that he can NOT do any exchanges or returns. We did not want our money back just simply a safer bed. When we would ask if there is anyway we can see what else we can do about the issue he would tell us no and we are stuck with the bed we got if we want something different we would have to purchase it. For the safety of our daughter we did purchase another bed set for her with Mary. Every time we would say anything to Will he would just simply brush us of as if we are nothing, making us feel like the money that we spent there is of no concern. We have purchased our whole living room from there our kitchen and our daughters bed set, we were wanting to get a new set for our boys and for our self but we are now unsure if we want to go back to this store to do that, for the lack of care and customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service at Denver Mattress We recently purchased a new bed at the Normal Il Denver Mattress. My son had recently purchased a bed there and I was so impressed with the service he received I decided to purchase one for our home too. Our salesman was Chad, He was a great individual to work with. No high pressure sales like other stores I had shopped. I was originally going to have our bed delivered, then decided to pick it up myself, Chad was very polite, refunded the delivery fee and helped me load my purchase. I can’t say enough for how well we were treated and how well we love our new bed. Thanks so much Chad.

Furniture Row General Policies


1. Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns. Product may be exchanged only; No refund will be given.*

*If your order was a Special Order, this will follow the Terms and Conditions that you were presented at the time of your purchase. These can be viewed with this link:  Special Order Terms & Conditions

2. In the event of damaged merchandise due to Furniture Row's handling, or defective merchandise as described in the manufacturer's warranty, the seller will, at their option, choose to repair or replace in order to correct the damage or defect. Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation or use will not be covered.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) purchased will fit into the desired room. Any charges incurred in transportation or delivery back to the store will be the customer's responsibility.

If Picking Product Up


1. No product will be released without the gold copy of your invoice.

2. Make sure the product will fit in your vehicle prior to attempting pick-up. Bring rope, adequate wraps and blankets to protect product.

3. We will assist in loading product into your vehicle, but you are responsible for tying and securing of load. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to tie down loads.

4. Obtain assembly instructions prior to leaving our loading dock. If you have questions, please ask your salesperson for assistance.

5. An imperfect or incorrect item could be shipped to us by the vendor. Please check your merchandise prior to loading; it is your responsibility to return any imperfect or incorrect product for exchange.


If Having Product Delivered


1. We regret that we cannot schedule specific times for delivery. However, you will be contacted the morning of the day of delivery before 10:00 am to inform you of the approximate time.

2. To change a delivery date, you must call a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Please allow up to one week for rescheduling.

3. Please check to ensure the delivery address, phone number and directions are correct on the invoice.

4. An adult over the age of 18 must be on hand with the gold copy of the invoice to sign for the delivery.

5. Please ensure that the room in which you want the merchandise placed is empty. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to rearrange or move existing personal property.
